Silver Oaks Suites & Hotel

Great location between Robinsons Mall and Manila Bay. Guest friendly and fairly quiet. Good hot water and decent air conditioning

There was no safe to keep valuables in the room.

The bed was comfortable. At least there was bottled water to drink. Location is good, very close to everything.

No towels in the bathroom. I was glad I brought towels with me. The prize of this hotel is too much for what I paid. The room was very small.

The room is big. We booked for 2 adults and 1 kid. But the room can accommodate until 7 visitors.

The service is slow. Maybe because the hotel is fully-booked. All the staff are courteous but can't give you the requests like electric kettle, floor rag, or towels in the room.

The staff were absolutely fabulous. They weren't staff, they were family. They went out of there way to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable, safe, and happy with my stay. And theyade sure that I had everything I needed or could find whatever I was looking for. The property was also very central located next to the Robinson Mall and just a couple of block away from the bay and any nightlife.

Nothing. I will stay there next time I travel through Manila.

The staff

The room was very small for a suite with a worn-out bed, tiny television. Abundant roaches and the noise was unbelievable. Jeepneys and loud motorcycles all night.We stayed 1 night out of 3 and left. Breakfast was good.

I was given a smoking room, but on request they changed me to a non smoking room.

The bed was comfortable

Not clean! There were small cockroaches all over the room. The room didn’t come with any tableware, I had to ask the staff for a mug/cup.

Good value for the money and the rooms we been placed to are equipped with things we need.Another thing is the accessibility to the mall and transportation.

We can hear next door conversation, we were at Room 504, 404, 403 and 410. The rooms facing the street, the glass wall was built with a gap qgainst the cemented post so the noise travels to next door. But other than that, the staff and service were top notch.

Only the location

I booked a large room and paid a higher price, but I was surprised by a room the size of a bed that I could not move around. However, I submitted my objection and the room was changed, but it was not the size I booked and the price I paid. It was a clear attempt at fraud

So old bilding with no renovation at all since world war 2

Serve breakfast to long waiting 40 minutes the faster serve .. I suggest buffet breakfast is better than ala cate....Location is good

Room need more facilities such water heater for making coffee and hairdryer.
