Staff are disrespectful. Their card reader isn't working

There is no breakfast served

Towels and slippers were not provided. Towels were only given until we asked for it.

We really appreciate the effort of the mngt to transfer us to another room because the next to us is having a loud party?

Everything was good just that people are partying in the other room.

Could be a decent place to stay. The rooms are big.

If this hotel was managed better than it could be really good. The people in charge now should be fired immediately. They are dragging it down to the dumps. If they would simply leave the guests alone and shut up the experience would be vastly improved.

The rooms were big.

The hotel is in a very congested area. You can barely walk around there. The staff like to yell and scream in the hallways at all times of the night and day. I guess that’s funny to them. It’s more important to them to be a nuisance to PAYING customers instead of simply doing their jobs well. No wonder we were the only ones staying at such a busy time of the year.

No restaurant.

TV not working properly. The wall is wood and could hear the other room doing ***.

The Hotel accomodations were really excellent, especially the staffs, they're very helpful, cooperative, generous, kind and courteous... I do all love the ambiance especially when we got a chance to used their garden facilities and other rooms, as our preshoot venue for our wedding... ALL WERE VERY AMAZING... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Kudos! Newgrange! ?????????

Low lrice and location and flexible early check in. And also very efficient and friendly staff.

Thr water pressure at the ahower is so weak..I couldnt take a bath properly... and the water was nkt warm enough...

Location is very accesible and near food chain and convenience store. staff are very helpful.

The staff are very accomodating. I asked for a microwave and hand iron for my clothes and they lent me both.

The aircon is quite old, it takes time to cool the room.

The location is very accessible to restaurants and transportation. The rooms are clean

The building itself is old so as some of the furnitures, appliance and fixtures. The refrigerator is very old that the inside is already stained. The shower handle falls off. The electric fan is dusty.
