    Cons -

    • No hot water for 3 weeks being there off and on and when asked when it was going to be fixed we got they are working should be up that day told that at least 3 times in the three weeks the other excuse was it was under maintenance. No manager to talk to. We have stayed there many times over the last 15 years or so and this was worst experience. The beds were like sleeping on a rock. And new thing charging for extra blanket charging storing our luggage never had this in past
    • Parking not enough, Broken television, flooded toilet, too loud music at night!
    • Room is quite small in person but okay

Rooms are just as shown in the pictures. There is a restaurant, a pool, and live entertainment downstairs. However, they finished early.

Because the sink is installed on top of the flush and very close to the wall, it’s hard to use without risking a head bump while brushing your teeth.

Only the pool, and hospitable staff.

My aunt just got back from Riyadh and she is NOT satisfied with the place and the money that she spent.1. The a/c is leaking, and it is flooding inside the room, a staff checked it but the issue still persists 2. For the toilet, it’s either mahina or walang flush at all, another staff also checked it and returnd to that state. We have no option but to use the public restroom that is outside our room.3. The hair dryer is NOT working4. For the buffet, before I book the room. I asked the staff IF the breakfast is buffet or alá carte. The person that I talked to told us that the breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in the price, if we are going to stay for the weekend. Not solo meals, BUFFET type. However, on the day of the breakfast the restaurant staff told us that we had to pay additional ₱149 in order to upgrade to breakfast buffet. 5. The additional ₱149 for the breakfast buffet is NOT worth it. There are only a few options for the food.

I like the staff, they were on top of everything. The quality of the food was amazing. Didn’t expected that they served food with a good quality as i experienced compare to the previous hotel around the area i’ve stayed at. If you’re a coffee lover and have a good taste and judgement in coffee like me, the quality of the coffee they’re using passed my standard. Coffee is strong not burnt!

We can hear the Noice from the other room next to ours. Bath Amenity wasnt enough especially the “3in1” dispenser on the shower that contains “shampoo, conditioner & bodywash” we all know that 3in1 is not giving.

Please be considerate because we arrive late so we check in late around 1am, due to we were stock at the airport. Other members of the group including children ages 2 and 5 already in the hotel and FO took long to accommodate because the person who booked in the hotel is not yet present due to the reason mentioned above. To think that we had our stay in the hotel on the previous days with the same head count and presented all our valid IDs.

everything is awful. From the time we parked the car, security guiding doesn't know what he was doing giving instructions that almost got the car hit. The receptionist asked us to wait half an hour even we arrived at 7pm and asking us to pay again even we paid online. after a huge discussion and argument before 8:30pm we were able to check in. Dinner buffet is awful please don't try it you might get food poisoning from the temperature abused food. The room given to us in front of the pool area and a huge rat just ran straight inside the room when we opened the door. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

It is not related to the hotel and management however you can help and alarm your guest regarding to one person (Mr. Ed) nearby who is offering a transpo service. He is rude and scammer. He talked dirty and foul words infront of my kids while driving along the way to our destination. He also scammed me with his transpo rate which we never agreed.

The Property is close to the airport (15 minutes) and EDSA train & Jeepney Hubs. (10 minute walk) Made travelling around the city easy. The rooms are no frills and designed for larger families which was one of the main reasons we stayed here as we're a family of 7. The pool was small but very refreshing after spending the day sightseeing in the city. Great for kids as its only 4 feet depth at max. The open inner courtyard with swing and seating area allowed you to forget you're in the center of busy Manilla. Theres a 7/11 right in front of the hotel for quick snacks & Drinks. Abundant great street shopping at edsa/robinsons intersection for food, clothes, shoes, cell repairs, etc. good quality items at very inexpensive pricing. The front desk was very helpful in holding our luggage after checking out until our flight took off. They were phenomenal in organizing 2 grab cars for our large family to get us and the luggage to the airport as well. Kudos to their service there!

The zip line, climbing wall and aerial jungle Gym looked great but the hotel charged guests an extra fee of 500 Pesos per person to use it each time! They should revise this policy. No hotel we've ever stayed at did this. We arrived on a Saturday night to an extremely loud band/comedy show in the lobby (20 feet from reception) which prevented me from hearing and communicating with the check in clerk in front of me! Even up in our back room on the 4th floor we could still hear the show going on until it ended around 10pm. fortunately this is only a weekend event right now. bathroom sink plumbing kept leaking leaving puddles on floor. (Even after Maitenance was called, repaired it, and left). Pool towels are thin and ragged and required a parent to go to the desk every day to get a voucher for each one which then had to be turned over to pool attendant and forms filled out before obtaining. Would be much simpler to just have guest list at pool and have attendant check off your name.

    Overpriced

First, we were greeted by a female staff member who seemed completely over her job. When we arrived at the room, there was no balcony—even though the listing said it was included. I think they switched us to a different room. There was no heater in the shower, and the TV didn’t work at all. The room was too cramped for four people to move around comfortably, and there wasn’t enough space to store our things. The only good thing about this place was the air conditioner. The bathroom door was broken—imagine being alone and getting stuck inside. You’d be trapped until checkout, or until someone hears you shouting. Also, the place is right in front of a club. The street in front is not safe.MOA Hotel is much more luxurious, yet this place is even more expensive.

Staff are very polite and courteous

A bit noisy for someone who wants to rest quietly , people walking along the corridors and children are a bit loud, can hear them inside my room …. It would be better if the guests are reminded to be sensitive with other guests

    9LindseyPosted on: 4-7-2025

The hostel was good value for money. There was 1 elevator, and the staff helped take our bags up. 7/11 right outside. Staff were super lovely.

We were on a high floor which was annoying to go up and down but not the end of the world. The bathrooms could have been slightly cleaner but they were decent for the money.
