Breakfast....No butter for toasts

Getting to other places was such a breeze since the hotel is centrally located! Our room was neat and tidy enough; 5T&B was likewise. I chose the bed and breakfast option, and I was glad I did. They offered variety and ample serving sizes for breakfast. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with my questions and requests. My Mom and I felt safe and comfortable! Thank you for making our stay special. ?

Points for improvement:1. There were very visible coffee stains on the side of mugs placed on our bedside table. While we never used them, it can be off-putting. Food and beverage utensils should be free of any residue and safe to use. 2. The toilet seat and lid were wobbly. They were hinged but obviously need tightening for secure fit.

Hairdryer and iron had to be requested even though they’re already part of the listing, and even then they’re subject to availability.

Cleanliness of the room is not good,the bed cover they didn’t change the towel in the bathroom also,so dirty so disappointing

Just a feedback. The Internet connection is quite slow. The elevator is shaking going down and up. Aother thing, hope that hotel guest should be free from Parking, though 120 pesos is quite ok ihut it would be a helpful though to minimize some expenses.

location is nice and easy access from north to south. The room is spacious for couples, and you can sense the cleanliness.

This hotel is always pleasant to stay wherestaff members are ready to assist customers to: contact grab or taxi rides, to order food online and other support assistance. like outside laundry contacting

The non-operational of nearby Forum Robinson mall, currently imposed some difficulties in entertaining guests and friends.

I only dropped a single note requesting for 4 pillows and I entered the room with my bed with 4 pillows. Thank you.

Affordable and clean

The towels are old and need to be replaced with brand new ones. The one I had was torn and had holes in it, which is not hygienic to use.

Close to the places i needed to be

Check-in was a disaster! I had to wait for 10-15mins for me to get in an available room. Parking was expensive too!

Location is very practical. I love the water dispenser instead of disposable water bottles.Very conducive room.

No bedroom slippers were provided.

The room is quite okay and not that spacious. The room does not have slippers, but you need to request the room attendant to have one. The staffs are so helpful and hospitable. They even greet you every time you pass by even the security guard.

I wish there's available water dispensers nearby. Also, the blanket/comforter has teared up, it's like it's been used for so long. Also, I noticed that there's no bathmat when I got in. But right after the housekeeping, they provided one.

The room was big, and the bed was comfy

Air-conditioning is hard to control sometimes but help is always available which I appreciated

The Best Value for money. The hotel may not offer the most excellent service but with the price, you can't complain.

The location has no convenient access. Grab riders and drivers find it hard to locate the entrance. And it always takes hours for your requests to be delivered. I requested 2 hangers three times (first was when I got settled in my room, second was after dinner at the lobby 30minutes after the first request, finally in my bedroom when the hangers were still not delivered 30minutes after my second request)! The staff were obviously inattentive.
