Staff are nice and friendly and room rate are very acceptable.

Rooms are narrows AC needs some major upgrade or replacement

There are many things to like about this Hotel, although one thing stands out in particular,and that is the staff, they were very friendly,courteous,and respectful,even the security officers were very kind and friendly as well.

Very good room service,friendly staff and very kind manager,too.Strategic location very near to Robinson mall,1 bedroom bay view suite is excellent with great view to Manila Bay and Makati too.King size bed very comfortable.I will be back again.

Not possible to borrow iron,a little noisy air con in bedroom.

Elevators and hallways need air conditions., the room that we stayed room 3420, the bowl where you can wash your face , brush your teeth , is so shallow that when you turn the faucet on , water sprays everywhere . Also the air condition unit in the living room area is so weak, not producing enough cool air.

The staff is excellent! Rooms are nice and clean. Great location!!!

The original room I booked had a broken door lock. I forgot my GLP1 pen and my umbrella when I changed rooms and no one turned it in

The mall is super close to the hotel.

Their weather and the size of the room, small for me.

The only thing good about this room is the bed.

Although the building is going through water proofing the windows leaked causing water to seep under the laminate flooring.

Location, view, security, why did I need to show my room pass each time I entered and exited? Water was only provided when I requested room to be cleaned and that was only two times. The list of amenities, restaurtant and bar were a joke' Each time I tried to order most of the menu items were not available. I broke two glasses which I agreed to pay. However I was charged 200P for each glass which were very fragils and most likely cost only 20P to 30P each.

I don't expect that our room is big I'm so happy for the size it's really fit for us. And it's very near to Robinsons place Manila..Overall everything is good and we enjoyed our stay.

It's across the street from a mall so there's convenient restaurants and shops inside the mall

Overall maintenance was not bad but she's starting to show her age

So pleasantly surprised!!!!!! Very big, clean, 1-BR unit with fast wifi and king bed. Room svc menu had fantastic choices and prices. Reception staff were cheery and kind. This hotel handily beats the pricier hotels around esp with Robinsons Mall just across the street, and Malate's famous restaus all around.

Last call for room svc is 8pm. Not all food was available at breakfast time.

Room was comfy and clean, had a nice balcony with a view. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cockroaches came out of the bathroom drains at night.

Being told there is a 3,000 pesos deposit for each room room key, payable by cash only when we arrived. It would be good if this charge was mentioned when booking the room, so that you made sure you had the cash available to pay when checking in

The room we stayed in there's an awful smell - sewerage but its not constant smell though.

It’s quiet and not too close to the loud downtown area

Our hotel room is in the 49th floor and there are only 2 working elevators, imagine the waiting time to go up or down.
