Hotel Soriente

The faucet broke as i turned on the water. This hotel is not worth the money i paid for

Convienetly located for visa process...allowed early checkin which was a blessing.

Everyyhing was fine.

FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS IN MANILA WHICH IS WORST HOTEL EVER PLUS NOT WORTH IT SO EXPENSIVE

NO SHAMPOO, NO CONDITIONER, NO WIFI, NO MINERAL WATER, NO COFFEE. WE DIDN'T EXPERIENCE GOOD IN THIS HOTEL.

The mattress was comfortable.

Toilet smelled like human waste Absolutely, no toiletries were provided. I had to ask for the toilet paper and I only received a half a roll. No, hot water. No bath rag. Paper thin soap.

Nothing but horrible! I paid much as I expected like almost 900?Dirty room and shower curtain disgusting. Not worth at all!

The room is big..Staff are approachable..the location of the property is just a few mins walk to SLEC.

AC in the room is not that well functioning, plus the tub in the CR is old and rusty,no bidet… no intercom access to the reception..no Hot water available just in case u need to have coffee..

Avoid at all cost

Everything. The elevator was out. The tv had four local channels, and they repeated as you surfed the TV.There are lots of mosquitoes coming into the room from somewhere. The chair cushion was torn.No fridge. No coffee kettle. No shampoo, just a small sliver of soap. Don't know if the towels were dirty or full of stains. Checked out early and was denied a refund for our remaining day.Felt like we were staying in an apartment building vs. a hotel. The only reason we booked it was because it was cheap.Do not stay here for any reason.

It's perfect for few hours

Internet was extremely slow. Elevator was not working properly. The bathroom was ugly. The walls was extremely dirty. I don't recommend

Very accessible to anywhere, stores, malls, clinic and PUV.

Kind of old and dusty table tops. Only soap bar alone was provided as their amenities and even the tissue I have to request from them. Sink and shower hose was not too functional. And the floor towel was obviously not changed coz of the dirt that was an indication of usage from the previous guest. There’s thermos provided for hot water but the water in it was not hot at all.

Nearest to our appoitment. Just walking distance. Very comfortable walk

Amazing staff and very nice hotel! I felt very comfortable getting back to the hotel after a lively and noisy day of exploring the city. Having stayed there for four nights, I would recommend it.

The lights in the room are a bit too dim for me, but everything else was great. Thank you!

Although the hotel is old, the elevator is fast. It is walking distance from Quirino Grandstand where the event took place. We had a good stay.

We had to replace our refrigerator because it's dirty. It was replaced immediately, though. Also, whenever we call the front desk, it just keeps on ringing.

Everything, The hotel is not clean enough, the shower beddings, everything is not good and above all the hotel staff ask me to pay for booking.com commission I pay more than what I booked. The hotel staff not even friendly, this hotel is big scam,

has Puregold and Mini Stop.very near St. Lukescan walk to Robi Ermitaroom is big staff is very accomodating and pleasant

No dialtone for in-room phone so every time I have a request, I have to go down to front desk. No refrigerator, no microwave. since they dont have a kitchen, they should have a ref and microwave in a common area. No water provided.

I like the location cause it's a walking distance to saint Luke's for my medical.

Location. Very accessible to everything. Robinson is nearby. USEM is within walking distance (kinda). Very convenient to those who need to go to SLEC. MRT, groceries, fast foods, eateries are in the area

Kinda pricey. And the hotel should have added the use of the ref as part of their offering.

Not bad ill be back soon .and rate of hotel is good.,also the best is you can book a room with out charge, meaning you will pay when you arrive

Only when we arrive around 8 pm they dont have a receptionist only security who entertain us but its ok..
