Overall I like it. Super like their food in their breakfast buffet. Friendly staff and very spacious and clean room

The Staff is Excellent Has the ability to Communicate and respond, well to my Needs.

The breakfast server on the 29th OCT. at 10 am. near the waiters/waitress stand, Did not bring my Simple request of Coffee, inspite of coming to my table twice, and responded by barely looking at my Coffee less table. A trainee waitress saved my day.

Staff was great and all facilities were clean and well maintained.

Value for money. Good food, efficient staff.

Room and bed are very roomy/big. Breakfast is just ok.

Breakfast need more variety.

This is my favorite hotel in Quezon City. All the staff were so accomodating esp Ms. Lyrienne .I think this was my 9th stay in this so wonderful hotel .

Room key kept getting demagnetized, so it has to be changed. Happened twice on our two night stay there.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Request for early check in accommodated upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was good. Menu was different everyday. Room is clean and clean towels provided everyday. Bed was comfortable. We feel safe staying at this Hotel.

Excellent breakfast - one of the reasons i picked this hotel was because of the high breakfast score and i was not disappointed. I’m a frequent traveller and this is one of the better Filipino breakfast buffets that I’ve had. It’s a small, simple selection of food but each of the main dishes are well done. The bacon (both crispy and soft baked) is the star of the show. The staff are all proactive and kind, did not encounter a single staff member that was untrained. Room service requests are always quick and easy, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Security and bell services are always helpful.

There’s no centralized tip system. Aside from tipping directly, i wanted to contribute to one as i was happy with all the staff members. The drop off is always closed and guests generally have to walk up 2 flights of stairs unless you specifically coordinate the car’s plate number with security. Pool maintenance could be improved.

We requested for room make-up; however, it wasn’t done.

Location was good, the room was spacious and staff were helpful.

Room was big enough to accommodate two people and very spacious to go around with which is good for a pregnant woman.

The water from the shower was flowing to the part where the toilet was. This was very dangerous because the floor was slippery. More bathroom floor towels should be given in each room.

Very convenient location. Love the buffet breakfast - changes every day! Great staff - very courteous and helpful.

Small gym

Close proximity to restauarants, church, and convenience stores. Property also offers above average to excellent breakfast options. Staff and employees were very accommodating and attentive to every detail.

I hope that there will be service elevator from the ground (aegyo street level) going to the lobby

The staff in general were very nice.

While at the hotel, an extend out mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night. I was subsequently told that I would be charged 1500 php for this. I challenged this with the manager at the time and it was decided that there was no way I was responsible for this and was told the matter was resolved. The day I checked out, I was asked again to pay for this and I flatly refused to. If the hotel room is falling to bits it's hardly my fault or responsibility. This did go a long way to spoiling my 10 night stay. The other thing that occured was on check out day, I left at 3 am. When I went to check out, the receptionist insisted that security checked my room before I go. As if I am being accused of stealing something. Not sure if this is a Philippines thing or not but I did not appreciate being treated this way. As such, I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

The room was big and the breakfast buffet was perfect. NOt too many choices but excellent selection.

Too bad our pet was only allowed to stay in the room.

Check in was a breeze.

For two consecutive days, housekeeping staff were deliberately slamming doors while cleaning. This behavior was not accidental, as it had been going on for two days straight. One such incident occurred at 3 p.m. on our first day, and the second time was at 7 a.m. the following day. I even checked the hallway to see if it was other guests who were causing the noise, but unfortunately, it was the hotel housekeeping staff. My wife and I were not able to relax, especially since we were woken up the next day by the constant slamming of doors in every room they had cleaned.

Very quiet, very clean, the staff especially a young lady named Nica was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely come here again.
