The location is far from everything, and unfortunately, we were unable to rent a motorbike as no one seemed able to assist us with that. We decided to just relax for the week instead. The gentleman working there is always busy, and we felt bad having to ask him for anything. On the plus side, the apartment had a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle, which was convenient. We were able to get some food from Alfamart, though it’s a bit of a walk.I wouldn’t have minded staying here if we could have rented a motorbike, as we’ve been traveling throughout the Philippines and other accommodations have always helped us arrange one. Grab is available sometimes in this area, which was a plus, but overall, the lack of motorbike rental made it difficult to explore.

Location and security is good.

01 Wash basin is out of order and water pressure is very low.. cleanliness is average only. Air conditioner is too noisy.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Most of the needed appliances are available such as refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave oven.

Location is 1h away from Manila but it is very well compensated by the affordable price.

Mitch, is a very nice person also the young lady that helped her. Mitch always was interested how we were doing and if we needed anything and if she could do anything for us. She is a very hard working woman. Always a smile on her face. The place was nice!

I was there for two or three nights I think and unfortunately I couldn't work. My performance at work was horrible as the Internet is so poor. I kept restarting my system and that wasn't even helpful. You are asked to pay a fee for them to clean your room when you leave, the amount booking.com mentions as TVA, they don't respect it, they calculate a 12% which is only gotten via an email after you must have booked. I was shocked when I wanted to extend a day of my stay and they still requested I still pay the 12% Tax and still give 250php as charges for my room to be cleaned when I leave.

When we arrived our room was not yet ready. We've waited on the lobby until their finish. Despite my check in time of 7pm and we arrived past that time and it's not ready.Aircon was not on prior to our stay so it's hot.And during our stay aircon is not cold. To the point that the 2nd day we were sweating even when the aircon is on.So much extra charges and we all find it unacceptable.It's indicated that every visitor you'll pay 300 per head. We'll accept that even though it's not worth paying that 300 pesos whnlen our colleagues just gonna change clothes and leave.But WE REQUEST FOR ANOTHER BED SHEET AND TOWEL THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL CHARGE US BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WILL ONLY CHANGE IT ONCE WE CHECK OUT! HORRIBLE!SO IF WE'RE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH YOUR BED SHEET AND OUR TOWEL IS WET WE CANNOT ASK FOR AN EXTRA UNLESS WE OAY YOU. WHEN IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED.STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLYAND UNAPPROACHABLE.

There's two bottles of 500 ml water for every night of stay which i didn't expect. The price is actually quite good for the length of stay.

There is not a lot of places to eat nearby. However you can get food delivered via grab.Totally not their fault. But the location is quiet and has a rustic, laid-back vibe to it despite of still being inside metro manila area.

The rooms are clean but need to improve the air conditioning units, which are not enough to cool the room. The stay is pleasant and very cheap.

I like Palines Apartment because it is clean, that is the first thing I look for in a house. Then the comfort room, which is also clean. There is also a store in the place so it is easy to get anything you need.

The location is a bit far, but I chose this because it is the nearest apartment we could get near the venue of the event.

I booked the price for 500peso but wheb i arrived it went to 800 because apparently i booked shared bathroom "apparently " then all of a sudden it goes to 1200 peso a night because of "skin tax" on top of that you need to give 1000 peso for security deposit which was nowhere mentioned. But the worst is the area is in the middle of a slum

The bathroom was very clean, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The caretaker is very friendly. Providing our needs well every time we need something without interfering with our privacy.
