Pros +

The AC.
The hotel staff was very nice the rooms with super clean for what we paid was very good deal
THE STAFF. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM, AND THE SERVICE.

Cons -

This is a one star location. They do not actually have airport pickup. The rooms smell of sewer and mold. You will see many bugs including roaches. The only decent thing was the AC. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
It had a strange odor if it gets well we call the wood estate if you were days like the sewer line broke
FIRST OF ALL I'VE NEVER BEEN TO THE PHILIPPINES BEFORE. I HAD NO IDEA THAT LAS PINAS IS A CITY. IT'S NOT THE SUBURBS. WHEN I GOT THERE I REALIZED I WAS IN A CITY. BUT, THE AREA IS VERY SAFE AND I WAS CLOSE BY ALL THE MALLS. YES, I'D STAY HERE AGAIN.
