The staff were amazing, kind Curtious, kind and helpful, especially Jean a very lovely young lady

Lifts not working, well one lift had broken down, hopefully it'll be fixed next time I stay there

The toilet, the Pillow, the cockroaches,

It was near all the convenient places which can easily run to if needed.

The ambiance of the room is more like for couples (maybe because of the mirror in the ceiling). And it was a bit uncomfortable for travelers who only needed a place to stay in or a staycation. The air-conditioning was worst, it produces sounds that couldn't help me to sleep even a wink. Please, a thorough maintenance is needed.

The room was clean and the staff were nice and approachable. The lobby was nice.

Property are near the places i want to visit

room 509 is very disgusting. Ceiling is so noisy specially at night beacause of the mices (maybe) are playing… my son & hubby are stressful of that.

Staff tried to be as helpful as possible, given what they had. They offered to move me to another room when I complained about the aircondition, but as it was midnight, I declined the offer. They brought an electric fan instead. The place was also near a mall and my business in the area.

The bed was not as comfy, and an overnight stay's rate is pricey for a two-star. Muffled noises from the hallway or other rooms can be heard.

Location is good. Breakfast is okay.

The shower is not working well.

Nothing is to like about there.

The hotel staff is rude and has a bad attitude towards customers; she even threw the government ID that she asked me beforehand.

Don't have tissue paper on toilet,no hot water in the bathroom,no thick blanket,no hair blower in the room

Staff our friendly and polite

The door is broken we need to call the staff every time we get back in our room to open it.

The Buffalo wings and Pinakbet are the best and also the price is very affordable.

Girls on reception were always polite, shopping mall and some good restaurants nearby.

Didn't take visa, room and bathroom not clean, very limited menu and even then didn't have some things. Not sure where the photo of pancakes came from, not this hotel.

I DON'T LIKE THEIR SYSTEM IN HANDLING CUSTOMERS, I'M DISSAPOINTED TO THIER CLIENT BOOKINGS, MY BOOKING HAS BEEN PAID VIA ONLINE THEY LET US ENTER OUR ROOMS THEN SUDDENLY THEY SAID MY BOOKING WAS NOT YET PAID, I SHOWED THEM BANK STATEMENT AND CONFIRMED PAYMENTS BOOKINGS THEY INSIST PAYMENTS OVER THE COUNTER BUT THEY DONT LIKE TO ISSUE OFFICIAL RECEIPTS. DO NOT PAY OVER THE COUNTER THE CASHIER AND EMPLOYEES IS LOOKING OPPURTUNITY TO GET UNREASONABLE PAYMENTS TO THEIR ONLINE BOOKING CUSTOMERS

I like the bathroom because it's clean andkinda big also they serve free breakfast.

I don't like the way the hotel staffand security guard treated us. When my son and I arrived, they told us the rooms were sold out but we made a hotel reservation a week ago. The beds have bedbugs and the door wasn't working fine.

Good place, employees know how to be flexible with customers, flexible check-out time. Nearly center and supermarket. It's convenience.

do not accept visa card, space is small, blanket is very thin, the air conditioner is too noisy.

Pillow isnt comfortable and ac needs some maintenance as its not cooling properlyThe rice for breakfast was not cooked properly

It is very accessible to everything - major transportation, there are shopping centers nearby, fast food/restaurants; the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Old unclean, no remotes for TV or air con, rooms rented out for short stay!!!!
