The location is very convenient for where I needed to be as it is walking distance. The food was great at the restaurant, the staff were great and friendly.

Honestly- pretty expensive for what you get… I booked an executive room for the bigger space for my luggages. The facility is visibly old and there wasn't a lot of amenities. The room is a bit stuffy as well. The room was clean though. Though it was not a bad hotel, I personally think it’s not worth the higher price that I payed for.

Been staying for almost 15 yrs. No wonder they don’t offer like any value discounts card?

The staff was very efficient and accommodating, check-in was very smooth, and the rooms were available upon arrival. They were responsive to questions and requests. The food at the restaurant is good, with a big serving size and very affordable.

The air conditioner makes a noise and needs to be replaced.

Nice lobby area and friendly staff, near 7-11, fast food places, and Diliman area. Bed was comfy. TV had HBO, no netflix.

Intermittent to no wi-fi. I inquired about this multiple times and was told they are working on it multiple times. I was told to try McDonalds (no), Starbucks (no) and other. If you need wifi, do not stay here. My room was noisy due to street noise and I asked to be moved the second night (I stayed after finding wifi at Seattles Best Coffee and a Burger King nearby). The second room was 50% quieter but I still woke when motorcycles roared by o the busy road. I tried walking in this area thinkging there would be spaces of green and trees but it was a miserable pedestrian experience.

The room given to me is not good. to small comfort room. the water from shower area overflown to the toilet and bowl area....

It was near the place I needed to go to and it was budget friendly.

Part of this trip was a series of medical check ups, with a few hospitals along East Avenue. Fersal Hotel in Malakas Street is smack in the middle and very near these hospitals. There are also a lot of restaurants and fast foods nearby which are all accessible via walking.

Nothing. The place is a little old but there is a certain charm coming from it.

The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming.Restaurants and shops are quite near to the place.

Some of the door knobs are damaged, the toilet fixtures are unstable, and the sofas have noticeable stains. Additionally, the elevator doors can occasionally be problematic.

The receptionist is so kind and helpful. The Fersal is very accommodating with all my needs. This time I was cranky because I'm having surgery and can't eat for two days. You handled everything superbly. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you.

Hassle-free check in and check out. Clean and comfortable facilities with heated shower.

Internet speed is slow and unstable. Badly needs improvement as most people need the connection.

I love the hot and cold shower although the comfort room is small even for my aberage asian size

The size of the bed sa small considering that we are asians weighing less than 60 kilos and height of 5'2"

Above and beyond the staff was absolutely the best. Accommodating, Helpful and Friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing, as well as their signature brand coffee. We needed many times to use a taxi for our excursions, and the doormen would walk out to the street and flag one down for us. I can't recommend The Fersal Hotel, Malakas any higher !

The only complaint, and to be truthful, we never even persued it, was the tv didn't work. WE didn't want to use it anyway, and looking back, I think perhaps the batteries in the remote were no good.

A really good value for a room with hot water, air con, refrigerator, and cable. Excellent!

The Aircon was working hard. Maybe needed cleaning. A bit loud.

GREAT location. Walking distance to PHC (Heart Center). Rooms and beds are cozy with cool and international movies and shows available on cable. It's also walking distance to watsons drugstore, 711 and food places like McDo and Pizza Hut. A bonus for me: their cafe/diner downstairs has some of the BEST and memorable regional dishes and very cute and tiny rice containers and mini kawalis! I highly recommend the lechon kawali kare kare! The kitchen staff was amazing and the food presentation is social media worthy. Thanks so much for hosting our family
