Marco Polo Ortigas Manila

Room was nice. Restaurant food was amazing while the complimentary breakfast was not the best.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and so many fine amenities! The people were wonderful the price was right the food was good and so was the price! I would recommend the Marco Polo to all my friends

It's nice overall and it was suitable for our business objectives.

There was an odor or smell in the room. I'm not sure that they could have changed anything as I was traveling with a friend who was also staying at the Marco Polo who noticed the same thing. So we just ignored it. But my wife would never have let it go.

The staff, the room and facilities are excellent.

My fiancé is a picky eater. The burger he had in Cucina is flavorless and wasn't as well done as he would want it.

Super spacious rooms, very good location close to a lot of malls, convenience stores, and right next to a a Jollibee ? the staff are also very kind and welcoming and gave us lots of fruit and refreshments. Buffet breakfast is great too!

I liked that the property is conveniently located near everything.

What I didn’t like was that when I requested something, it usually took three follow-ups. It seemed like my requests were not given enough attention, even though they promised to get back to me.

Great location, very close to everything. Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Beds were comfy. Rooms were pretty updated with new TVs and furniture. Bathroom was pretty good.

Shower wasn't as clean as i would have liked. Room had a slight smell of mildew.

I like the buffet and the room is spacious. It is nicely built with good soundproofing.

It is a bit outdated and some food in the menu for their in-room dining is not available.

Good, but expensive. Wonderful view, but only from mountain view rooms. View from regular rooms may disappoint you:)

I liked the view of the Rizal mountains from our hotel room.

The smell of the fabric conditioner on the pillow cases, like it was not properly washed. The food, especially the pork sisig and chicken nuggets (room service), can be improved.

The hotel is very luxurious and very private. This is a perfect place for a quiet escape. The room is cozy and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and in-room dining options were plentiful.

There is a lot of overhead lighting- which can make difficult for women trying to do makeup. I recommend the hotel to provide alternative lighting solutions, as there is only a lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The lighting behind the mirror was not great. I also recommend the hotel to provide extension cords on an alternative option for hair tools, as they are not able to be plugged into the bathroom outlet and the only other outlets are not near any mirror.

Location, staff, customer service and buffet breakfast. I also love the soft pillows and bed!

The front desk did not orient about the facilities, just the breakfast. We had to call the front desk and comcierge how to access the wifi and what time does the pool open. We stayed while there was a typhoon and we could not turn up the temperature. The room was very cold. ?
