Pros +
- Helpful staff. Good location.
- Very good customer service
- The staff are all friendly, courteous, neat and very professional in their field.
Cons -
- Quality deteriorated. There were small roaches in the bathroom. WiFi keeps on disconnecting. Linens are not as clean as before. Only one elevator was working, too many guests waiting sometimes.
- Everything was great
- Not about the hotel but one of their neighbors. There is a club, a couple of structure away. The sound is too loud and continously playing from 8pm to about 4am 5 days a week and can be heard on the right wing of the hotel.
