Helpful staff. Good location.

Quality deteriorated. There were small roaches in the bathroom. WiFi keeps on disconnecting. Linens are not as clean as before. Only one elevator was working, too many guests waiting sometimes.

The staff are all friendly, courteous, neat and very professional in their field.

Not about the hotel but one of their neighbors. There is a club, a couple of structure away. The sound is too loud and continously playing from 8pm to about 4am 5 days a week and can be heard on the right wing of the hotel.

The hotel staff were very grateful. From the guards, to the front desk to the house keeping, there is more to say rather than thank you all.

Staff, room and accessibility all fit in my needs at the time of booking. reservation requests and even late check out has been granted when I requested for one. Enquiries about the rates and other questions was answered by the staff in a manner that was both accommodating and hospitable.

Surprisingly, everything was clean and comfortable for the room's price. The place also smells good. It's even cleaner than other known budget hotels.

Our room on the 4th floor emits a foul septic smell. This is the 1st time I experience this. Been staying on this hotel for quite a number of times. This is the first time that I experience this.

I've always been their loyal customer since 2018 when I started my career as a digital nomad. Since I work from anywhere, I badly needed a strong internet connection from where I stay. I requested a room where the Wi-Fi is stronger compared to the other spots within the hotel and they gave it to me. Their staff are all polite and accommodating as always and they would normally remember customers who have been there before so they don't ask a lot of information prior to check in.

Since I got a very good rate, I understand that they would offer rooms that have little or minor defects - and I totally understand that it is part of cost-cutting measures. I really don't mind about the room as long as it's clean, has strong WiFi and the A/C is working fine. I got a room where the toilet flush is defective and I had to transfer to another room to continue working. Good thing that they have attendants that acted fast despite being few. I still recommend Red Planet Timog.

There was no refrigerator in the room nor complimentary coffee / tea for self service.Beds are on the soft side.No self parking.

No kettle in room. The cost of allowing your pets is the same as having another room. I think it was quite pricey considering they dont look after them.

It's clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, very good price per night.

It would have been better if there was some seating and a table or desk in the room for eating and writing etc but for the price it's still very good.

Staff were exceptional. They let us check in early around 12:30 PM despite of 2:00 PM standard check in time. It was a good value for money, location was great. The only thing was lack of toiletries, my sister asked for spare toiletry kit and the reception said they have ran out. Towels were stained, there were yellow marks which was really dubious. We weren't very keen with their 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash so we brought our own!

No official receipt issued since i pay directly to booking.com. I cant reimburse my hotel accommodation because of this.

Location wise, it was perfect, near to the mall, plenty of restaurants nearby and some entertainment.The staff is exceptional helpful and accommodating made my entire stay really good.

No Toiletries available in the room and the phone to reach the front desk is outside.
