Very conveniently located to Greenbelt, Glorietta. Breakfast was average but sufficient, especially for the room rate (would prefer if the sauces were less buttery. Maybe have more simple steamed or stir-fry vegetable options). The room was spacious.
The lifts were a little slow. There were only four levels and not many people but it can still be at least 1-2 minute wait for it to come.

Best 3 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the Philippines. Clean, modern, excellent water pressure, always hot water too. Air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

The room was clean and spacious. Also the staff were very accomodating. I was surprised with the location of the property, it was so near Greenbelt 3 and 5. Worth the price.
Hotel is clean and comfortable, especially the beds and the bathrooms. The famous Greenbelt shopping mall is only 3 min walk away, and the neighborhood is very pleasant. The airport is only a 15 min taxi away.
The corridors of the hotel felt a bit old and empty, but that's just a small detail

There was a really horrible smell in the room, the hand shower was leaking, and the pillow was in extremely bad condition !!!
