Having 3 bed rooms in a room

Incomplete kitchen items in the kitchenette like no frying pan, no rice cooker. Parking area has leakage car oil in the hallway My son slipped and almost broke his legs however my children did not report that the parking area had a leakage of car oil.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay in one of your Premier Rooms. Considering the premium price paid, I felt the value provided was insufficient for several reasons:Room Condition: The room did not reflect the photos advertised on your website. The carpets and light switches are significantly outdated.Lack of Convenience: The carpet is aged and the lighting system is archaic. Having to walk across the room to toggle individual switches because there is no central control is unacceptable for a "Premier" category. The TV is outdated too. It is not smart tv ready.Maintenance Issues: Our reading lamp was broken. When reported, the solution offered was a standing lamp rather than a proper fix or a room transfer.Missing Amenities: There were no welcome amenities, such as fruits, which are standard for this room category.I chose Discovery Suites based on your reputation, but the current state of the facilities suggests a need for urgent refurbishment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the guest experience.

We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday in their three-bedroom unit, and it was a lovely staycation. The place was huge, clean, and well-lit, with plenty of space for our family of six plus a baby. The kitchen was well-equipped and complete enough for us to cook steak and pasta. The location was also a big plus right in front of Podium Mall and centrally located in the Ortigas area.As a bonus note, we initially had some trouble with the coffee machine and were almost charged for “damage.” Thankfully, it turned out to be just a placement issue that needed checking. The front desk staff kindly assisted us and made sure everything was properly checked before any charges were made. It turned out to be completely fine. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but his help was truly appreciated.

Staff were not friendly. They made mistakes with our parking pass and had us pay extra.

Good location.

Air conditioning wasn't working well, bathroom was not that good, 1st night the ac was very cold and the next couple nights, it was hot. We complained about it but they didn't end up fixing it. Staff tried to charge us with rugs that they said were missing but there were really no rugs in the bathrooms. Towels were kind of dirty. Color was dirty white.

The hotel is very close to 3famous shopping malls in Metro Manila. In case you get hungry in the middle of the night, there are countless of restaurants and convenient stores that are either open until 12 midnight or 24/7 open. Its about 15 mins walk to the train station as well. Staffs of the hotel were very polite and welcoming.

The room needs a major upgrade. Bed was too hard and the pillows flatten out as soon as you lay on them. Television had 2 controllers and I had to configure or change the settings to get it working. After sorting it out, there were very limited channels (outdated or old shows mostly). Blow dryer was broken (it was blowing out cold air only. No buttons or switch to activate the heat) and the bath tub's water blocker wasn't working properly. 10 mins after, half of the water is gone.

Came in to check in but room are not available at 330pm, have to wait, never offered a late check out. I asked but was declined
