Shangri-La The Fort, Manila

One of best hotels I have stayed at in my life and love Ritz Four Seasons etc. Great location in maika too. Close to Mikati and airport.

The level of service that we received day in and day out was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the location was prime. Close to the awesome restaurants at Burgos Circle. Close to many of the malls and other scenic areas in BCG. Will return, for sure.

1st room we stayed at the ac was blowing hot air. After a few maintenance people tried to fix the AC the hotel decided to upgrade our room to suite. Gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates, the upgrade made up for our 1st night. We even extended our stay.

Location was great and all the shops around the hotel. One of best hotels I have stayed at in my life.

Breakfast was not really good. Though I understand ut was New Year's day and there's so much people. Breakfast was placed in the grand ballroom, tho inassuked plenty of food and varieties but because the place was huge, it's tiring to go around and check in the Breakfast. It was I wouldcsay chaotic time and I expected as 5 star hotel, it will be more classy but it turns out that morning like I was having breakfast in the market

I wish they have a shuttle service bus that goes around BGC area where you could hop in and hop out

Location was great but as soon as you go out from the hotel, it’s so crowded with people since its a holiday.

Proximity on some of the place you want to visit

Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast is topnotch! Best location because of the surrounding malls and restaurants. Check-out was swift. Staff are very friendly. Best hotel so far.

It took a while to check-in; makes guests uncomfortable because there are no waiting area.

Our stay at Shangri-La The Fort was wonderful, especially because of its unbeatable location, having so many great restaurants right downstairs and being just a short walk from shops and entertainment made everything incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was elegant and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, excellent service, and a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

The views from our room. We were the back side and it was just a building infront of our window. Booking a room through booking.com is not the best that's why it a little bit cheaper.

Location is good. Hotel is very clean and rooms are big and nice.

Room door wasnt good, there was a big gap that allow corridor light entering the room which was not comfortable for bed time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, special thanks to Rowena at the front desk who made check-in smooth and stress free. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic city view.

Honestly, nothing major. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

We appreciate all the staff in Shangri-la The Fort especially in High Street Cafe! My daughter has peanut and tree nut allergy and they were mindful. They make sure she's well fed too. Their service is top notch. Thank you!

Location. Near Museums, shopping mall, restaurants.

Hotel rooms show wear and tear. Some carpets need replacing, and marble floors need to be shined. Food was of poor quality for a 5 stsr resort.

Excellent location, great staff, very friendly and polite. Quick check in. My husband was unwell so we used the doctor services as well and they were exceptional too.

Breakfast was great with many options for the whole family. The room was comfortable and clean.

The wifi was very poor. Movies would not play or the screen would pause

They are all racist. And mean staff . Treated us badly and we just want to leave here. After paying $2,000, the service is below a 3star. I honestly want to believe this is pure racism. How can a 5star hotel give me 1 face towel, 2 bottles of water for 3 people and I have to queue to eat breakfast I paid for .. lol . Then check in takes an hour with mean staff

Everything about the staff especially. The girl who was mean couldn’t stay a simple sorry. How can y’all be hiring mean girls at the reception?
