Rooms were very nice and quiet. Good place to rest. Well set up for quarantine protocol apart from food.

The food left a lot to be desired. It was usually not hot and after complaining it became marginally better.

That I can watch American news (Fox News).

No aircon in the entrance or elevator. And pool was 4 feet deep.

An excellent, very good property, which surprised me very pleasantly, it was beyond my expectations in all respects, starting from the location and the staff, who are very kind and responsive, available to help and attentive to the needs of the guests, (and I want to thank them for everything ?), and up to the comfort and daily cleanliness ??. They were doing work at night into early in the morning. I’ve complained two times and did not help. On the elevators.

Very noisy at night could not sleep. They should be working during the day.

Really great location - it’s in Poblacion, so there’s so many options for great restaurants and cafes, as well as malls and other attractions. The unit was very spacious and amenities were great, but might need some very slight cleaning or maintenance.

It can get noisy at times - the guests going in and out of the pool, pots banging from the restaurant, some hammering from somewhere in the property, and because it was the holidays, there was also like a local concert/party every night nearby.

Staff members (reception, security and housekeeping) are all very friendly and accommodating. Parking access is also easily accessible with the help of the parking attendants. Overall a very good booking and stay.

A room to improve, as there is a lack of cooking utensils in the room that we booked on this reservation. but with the responsiveness and attention to detail of staff during our stay we are able to request for items to be able to cook in the rooms we have booked on this reservation.

Need to improve quality of breakfast

Location is the only thing I liked about this place.

The hotel was so poorly maintained in general, everything was dirty in the hallways, the gym was dirty, the floors have cracks. Only one of the three elevators was working. WiFi was spotty. There was consistent noise from the construction outside. Windows can't be opened resulting in a very humid room. There was no hand soap. The room smelled so bad when we arrived so I asked to switch rooms. It took more than an hour for them to replace the carpet causing the smell and didn't give us a different room. I didn't want to touch anything in the small kitchen because they were grimy.

Very nicely kept up and the room with a kitchenette was excellent.

Only one elevator went to the pool so it was hard to get to the pool.

We arrived at the property, 11pm check in was fast. The staff was really accommodating especially the front desk staff during our check out.

1. The room was not clean, I have a 2 year old child who play around the unit and found out that under the couch was dusty. 2. The bathroom was the worst of it, molds are present3. The service for request are not that fast 4. Pots for the kitchen are full of scratch and when we tried to use induction shows it’s not working as it not recognize the pot for some reason per the staff assisted us.5. Elevator was slow and hot

Even though we were upgraded to a 2 Bedroom suite, I have to mention the wear and tear marks of the room. Scuff marks on the walls, you could clearly tell that the keycard holder was reused several times. I get sustainability but it looked really like it went through 10 ppls hands. The sofa was supposed to be a leather sofa but since it showed breakage already it was covered with a Sofacover. But you could tell that many ppl have sat there since the couchen weren’t that firm anymore. The box who held all the remote control had dried rice kernels in it. The fixtures were still stained with limescale stains. In addition, it would‘ve been great to let us know, that the hotel takes a ₱2000 deposit for potential incidentals. You will get it back once you checked out and if you didnt damage anything. But as said it was only for 1 Night.

Gym was good. Room was big and freezing. Full kitchen.

No full size mirror in the room. Couldn’t walk out to balcony. No washer dryer. Location was a bit sketchy.

The rooms are big and clean ..The location is perfect close to everything meaning restaurants , 7/11, etcThe place has huge potential..It will be our go to place

Breakfast ,won't recoif you got weak tummy- Not enough dishes if you want to make meals .The provide one pot and one pan that's it .If you need extra there is charge for it per night (incase you ask for a pot/pan for every night you have it , your going to be charged)

The hotel rooms are huge and clean.I highly recommend. We couldn't believe the studio apartment will be that huge, the bed is hidden you cant see it direct as other studio ms in the country..This place has a lot of potential.I think a lot of people will enjoy the space and the level of cleaning.We will totally come back

The couch for the studio is small, this is minor but if they can put a full-size couch this place is a 9/10 and if the breakfast is fixed this place goes all the way to 10/10.The breakfast was so bad, I got sick from it .I won't recommend, for now until they improve.The restaurant area has huge potential and enough space to do wonders .Everything seem not fresh from bread,pandasal or some soup being cold when they just opened for breakfast, it doesn't make sense.There is no fruits to see, if you want you can ask and they will bring it .They put the fruits (1 fruit to be specific) at the back . PHILIPPINES has amazing fresh fruits not sure why they can't get it and put it an open for guests to see.There is a lot of improvements needed for breakfast for sure .

Maybe a little renovation to modernize the rooms . Replace the carpet by the elevators on 15 th floor it smells of dead cat
