No internet connection for a couple of days. The usual connection was very slow. The staff became unkind and unfriendly as soon as I checked out.

Their restaurant was the only thing that brought them down there really is no restaurant it's just a little bitty hole in the wall However because it a location there are many other restaurants around that you can go to in eat but it would have been nice

The Restaurant Staff and the Housekeeping team. Respectful and Courteous. Hospitality at its finest.

Elevators took forever. Air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

Our room was located next to a garbage disposal.Most of the time, the door was locked making the trash filed up by the door. We could not eat it smelled awful from our room. We could not sleep because of the constant loud sound coming from the metal teash bin. I will never ever stay in this place no more. It’s worst than hell. I would like to fet a refund my whole vacation was ruined. Every night and day could not fet a good rest. Please take my name out of your list!

Will always consider JMM talaga! Been here multiple times. Everything is smooth and excellent

We stay at this hotel when we are in Manila. It is at a great location to use as a central point to get around all the near sites. The Robinson Mall is just across the street, so you can get the food and other things you need for your stay. The room was remodeled, and very nice. The staff was very friendly, and willing to help with any request/need. There was a nice view from the balcony. The hallways are decorated for whatever holiday it is. That adds another nice touch.

It has always (this was our 5th stay here) been difficult to get the channels on the television to work. It's not a deal breaker, though.

The Shower could have done well to meet a scrubbing brush, mould and soap scum in door frames and runners

we really love the location its accessible to all, transportation, malls, foods etc. amazing view from our room, staff are friendly and attended, plus we can cook our food inside.

we did not like your cleanliness, you need to have a pest control in order to prevent some crawling cockroaches, its making us uncomfortable its crawling with the utensils, even inside the ovens you can see cockroaches everywhere..cleanliness should be prioritize

THEY DON'T PRIORITIZE CLEANING YOUR ROOM. I STAYED FOR 5 DAYS AND 4 NIGHTS, AND I HAD TO REMIND THEM TO CLEAN MY ROOM, BUT THEY SAID (FRON TDESK), THEY PRIORITIZE THE CHECK-IN GUESTS BUT NOT THOSE GUESTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY STAYING IN THEIR HOTEL. WIFI NEVER WORKED DURING MY ENTIRE STAY.

WiFi did not work as expected, lots of longer interruptions up to 3 days.The elevators could use an update and better maintenance. Some were quite shaky

The room was cleaned everyday. I love that the room itself and the bathroom is spacious enough with balcony. Location was superb near the mall, LRT station and very easy to get a taxi service. Having a microwave is really a selling point for me.
