First time in red planet makati. We visit regularly in other locations of the red planet chain, very similar. I like that there is a water dispenser here and pick-up for grab.

All the staff, security/reception/housekeeping, were all very kind and accomodating. I always stay here whenever I have errands nearby.
Staffers are accommodating and professional. I was able to check in earlier without any extra fees.
The vinyl on the floor of my room was loose and others started peeling. I had to get someone to take care of the safe. It wasn't working when I had to use it.
The location. It is accessible to One Ayala and other places in Makati city.
It is not easy to tap the key card in the elevator.
It's a really nice and comfortable place to stay in. A really satisfying rest. The room is also very clean . The hotel is situated in an area full of good establishments and other walking-distance malls. I definitely recommend Red Planet!
Absolutely nothing
Staff were all helpful. Laundry was quick and we got our clothes after a few hours. Comfortable beds and strong wifi.
Options for good non-greasy food would be challenging to find.

i stayed here multiple times and this is the first time i experiences it, you can here the water pump its sounds like a small elephant lol and while im taking a bath the water flow will change from low to high. again its weird since my prev stay wasnt like this.
