Breakfast was ok. Food not fresh daily it seemed.Restaurant was disappointing. We had dinner with family and all food we ordered were disappointing.Cleanliness ok. Laundry service was great.

Breakfast could have been varied. Coffee was ok. Staff should refill coffee and be attentive to guests

We always come here to celebrate NYE / birthdays yet thi New Year’s Eve visit was disappointing compared to previous stays. The room had hygiene issues (pillows smelled unpleasant like smelled of sweat), and service requests were not accommodated, no room upgrade, no extra bed, and a comforter request was met with 2 blankets instead of a comforter. The breakfast buffet was poorly managed, often empty of food or utensils, requiring repeated requests for refills.

i was initially placed in a smaller room than what I was expecting, but they moved me to a bigger room the second day, however 5 of my visitors saw a ghost in the room which made me so uncomfortable to stay in the room alone.I had to ask someone to accompany me as I was scared.There is an entity in room 606.

At first sight, the restaurant looked quite small, but that turned out not to be an issue: the menu was surprisingly varied and the interior had a pleasant style. The plants outside also added a nice touch to the view. The room itself was clean and well kept, with the added comfort of a bathtub with hot water.

Unfortunately, the big downside was the bill at Fiddle Leaf. The menu advertised a lunch set for 980 PHP, including starter, main, and dessert, with an additional service charge. However, the final bill for just one person came to 2,129.60 PHP. This feels misleading and far too expensive, I honestly felt scammed. They really need to be more transparent about their pricing.Another drawback is the location across from The Fileinvest Tent, which plays loud music until late at night. If you are looking for rest or want to go to bed early, this is not the place.

Best location and all I need for a place are there, cleanliness, quiet, comfortable bed and most of all washer and dryer. ? and the breakfast exceeds our expectations too.

Refuses to provide invoices when booking via Booking.com

Multiple back and forth communications with the property. They refuse to provide invoices as I booked via booking.com and in contrast booking.com does not provide invoices but tell me to contact the property.

The location and the staff, they were all very good and helpful.

We are booked in 4th floor but it smells like someone has cooked food in the hallway. Also the bed and the pillow is very soft and not comfortable to lie down specially the pillow.

Staff are courteous. Rooms are nice. Location is good.

Warm/ Hot in common areas (reception & hallways)

Spacious room with a hall and a bedroom, comfortable bed, decent kitchen facilities. Location is good and staff is friendly.

We love Somerset in Alabang. Staff simply wonderful, facilities excellent and perfect location. Boutique nature and feel. Lovely to be recognized on return with staff loving our kids!

Our home in Alabang. Everything is superb from the pre-arrival through check in and for the entire stay. Staff helpful, friendly and accommodating. Kyle at front desk ensured every request resolved. Room spacious and clean. Location is ideal near malls, supermarkets etc perfect for family or work stay!

Most of the time nice and quiet. Room serviced regularly and well.

At 7am on Sunday load music and announcements from across the street spoiled Sunday this should not be allowed early in the morning

10/10 for us - location, amenities, room and service were great! We have stayed in 5 different hotels on this trip and Somerset Alabang is our favorite. The location is close proximity to malls, grocery and transportation. The lobby, pool and restaurants were well maintained, clean and smelled amazing. We stayed in Premier Studio for 6 nights. It had kitchen and dining equipped with furnitures and fixtures needed for longer stay. The only place we stayed that had washing machine and dryer. Room had enough clothing storage with bath robes available. The beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Toiletries and towels were generously provided. We appreciated the filtered water in the room, that made a huge different for us in conserving water  and also the refillable toiletries they had. As for service, they were consistently courteous and professional; from the security at the lobby who assisted me in my daily commute, hailing Grab, the attentive receptionists who assisted me when I needed some documents processing, the housekeeping who regularly asked as if we need room service or we need new towels or sheets (believe me, we've been in other hotels where we have to beg for this or charge extra for towels), the servers at the 4th floor during breakfast who attended to our needs whether be coffee or new plates etc. Service is tough notch for us. We enjoyed the free breakfast, offered variety international cuisine and Filipino dishes too. The amount they asked for damage deposit was not excessive compared to the other hotels we stayed in. We look forward to staying again in thr future.

Our only complain would be the bathroom that had no shower door. Water splashed everywhere and it remained wet all day. They provided us with rugs and that got soaking wet too, we had to ask for new one everyday. Also, I wish they gave us the room that has a sofa or couch (as shown in the photos when I booked the room). I wondered if they put us in a room for the disabled because they seemed to have more open space in the room. Anyway, next time we will be wise to check the room before unpacking our luggages.

the unit was clean and orderly

The aircon unit in the bedroom was so weak. I kept it on from when we checked in at 3pm and got back after swimming and it was still warm in the room. it was on 19 deg celsius. The ac unit in the main area was colder and it was set at 23deg celsius.It was a stuffy room to sleep in for that night.

Breakfast food is awful. Some breakfast staff is very friendly only to foreigners hahahaha but most is very friendly.

Clean and location

Staff didn’t honour my request for no visitors and they had sent my visitor at 2 am .bathtub needs to be removed it is scary to use the shower . It seems the tub will break .

it’s close to Alabang town center and the service is good. All the staff are so helpful and well trained.

Appreciate the complimentary cakes that were sent to us anyway.

It is our 3rd time in Somerset, the recent one before this stay was in 2024 new year’s eve, everything was in place and perfect. This day came a month later after our staycation and we have several concerns during our stay:1. My sister in law said that the guard in the parking lot asked them to park in a small parking beside a ref since their car is small (Suzuki Espresso) and can fit well which can cause scratches when car door is opened accidentally nor the ref’s.2. I booked a 2 one-bedroom deluxe room which I was hoping is the same room that we had in January with 4-seater dining table but apparently we were given the 2-seater room. This was very disappointing.3. The lady in the breakfast area is not almost always knowledgeable if extra breakfast has been paid. I paid for 3 extra breakfast yet it was not in the record. She said she’ll check first so some of my family members did not pursue moving in to the buffet area and stayed in the liquor bar.4. Last January, we were provided with a welcome package for our fur babies but this time, it was not offered to us promptly and we still have to ask from the concierge. The hospitality in welcoming our fur babies which we paid 4k for 2 pets has noticeably changed.5. Our 0809 room did not have a rice cooker vs the other room which is 0810.6. Also, rooms did not smell as if it was cleaned and sanitised well. Extra bed had some dust in the bed frame.7. Late check out not granted as expected than last time.These are some of the area I have observed which needs hotel management’s further attention. Thank you.

I like that the location of the property is not in the busy side of the city. The rooms are huge and with a kitchenette

The reason why I checked in is because I have a marathon race at 11pm. I don’t like when they call the room at night just to check on the guest. they called the room at around 7:30-8pm which I was supposed to be sleeping and was awaken by the phone ring. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep.
