Rooms are too small to accommodate 2 persons. Rooms had cockroaches, toilets had no ring and cover, hotel rooms had no windows, and the surrounding area was too crowded. No privacy at all.

Near in establishment ,near church and mosque.Staff are very accommodating

A lot of cockcroaches, no small drawer/hunger.Sink is clodge. No warm shower .

The bathroom and the sleeping area is pretty spacious. The TV is alright it didn't have any static. It is a good place to sleep as the bed is hard but ok. It is close to markets.

They have termites and it's not very clean. When you have a shower the drain would be blocked. The pillow is pretty hard.

1. Mode of payment. 2. Food was excellent and affordable.3. Room was comfortable and a good place to rest after a full day.4. Hotel employees attended to our needs the best way they could.

1. Some Grab drivers had difficulty getting into the area where the hotel is situated.2. No toilet paper. The aircon leaks when it gets really cold. Some small insects were in the bathroom.3. Some noise from the street can be heard at night.

Staffs are great. We really like the interior of the room. The mirrors on the ceiling are nice. The AC functioned well too.

Many small cockroaches all over the room especially in the bathroom. This hotel is a great one, just do something with the insects. :)

Room food services are very affordable and taste is okay.

Room is very different compared to the marketing photos.My first room has a broken toilet that I cannot sit on, staff changed the room for me.Room has a bad smell, and has a variety of bugs, even more if you bring food in.Aircon is right above the head of the bed and is very noisy. I have to turn it off while sleeping. What's worse, the aircon dropped quite a lot black things like a small ball when I'm outside. Luckily didn't happen when I was sleeping.

Location is ok and all stuff are within the area. Facilities is quite good and staff are nice. Mejo hinde Lang maaliwalas ang itsura Ng CR

The staff in the check in counter is super MALDITA. She dont know how to smile. She dont have pleasing personality.

The room is messy, facilities are broken, linens are a bit dirty that we have to continue spraying disenfectants. Cr door doesnt closed. Toilet is clogged. Very noisy.

The room was very old, the wall paintings are peeling. The lighting was not good.

Location-wise, it is near establishments.

There are cockroaches. The lift is not functioning. Have to carry the luggage to 4th floor. . The bedding are stained though laundered.

The staff are accommodating. The location is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. There is heater in the shower room. Split AC is working good. A new room was offered to me so it is clean and tidy.

The elevator is very hot i think there should be AC as it is small space elevator. The linens and pillow cases are very old and faded and no blanket offered. I requested for blanket but according to the hotel staff the hotel has no blanket? The property has very small type of windows that makes me like i am suffocated as i am clostrophobic.

staffs are rude especially the receptionist. very unprofessional. room was a bit dirty the linens were smelly. we had to ask a remote for the AC upon arrival at the room because its only available in the lobby. when we went out, receptionist told us to leave the key in a very rude manner. that will be my first and last stay there. not recommended.

The location is near markets and malls and there are night markets which makes it convenient for the adventure traveller.

The surrounding streets were a bit dirty and smelly.
