The price was not too bad, but can also get similar price of similar hotels nearby with better service.

The staff in the Restaurant is not up to the task. They prefer to chat and joke among themselves instead of taking care of the customers. The fare to the airport is a rip-off, as you cannot get a taxi easily (anywhere). Pool and elevator out of service.

I like their shower room. The water pressure is excellent. The breakfast buffet is good. Staff are friendly.

The location is not convenient to the shopping center although it's not that far.

Value is excellent for 5 star hotel

I arrived earlier than the check in time but they were able to check me in no problem. The staff were super nice and accommodating. My partner and I definitely enjoyed the couple days. It was a nice staycation. This hotel is definitely on top of our list the next time we go to the Philippines for a holiday.

The Chef and his team did a great job and pool attendant were attentive looking after the kids. Food selection were good and met our expectations. Ballroom size was good enough to accommodate a fencing sports competition.

We are currently staying at room 1611 and will check-out this noon. The front office team member insist that guest wait in the queue, whereas at Bellevue Hotel in Bohol, guests can sit comfortably and wait to be called when it's their turn to be accommodated, all while being offered welcome drinks. The management should invest in carpet shampoo machine, steaming machine to sanitize the carpets and send the front liners to a customer service training to aligned with the 5 Star Standards. Room renovation can also be the next project.

The hot and cold water in the shower was hard to control.

From the room, the buffet breakfast was the best, swimming pools and location

There is an sewer-like odour when you enter the hotel lobby that is mixed with the air freshener.

Very comfortable bed. Good food and service in the Qsina restaurant. Complete amenities like bathrobe and toiletries in the bathroom. Ease of check in and check out. Safe and secure on site parking with a very helpful guard.

A bit challenging to navigate through the TV and entertainment system. Water coming out ot the bidet had an awful sulfuric smell which stuck to my skin. Had to wash off again in the shower.

The room it looks old and not clean.. the TV is not working properly for the price they should start upgrading to the smart TV for more entertainment.. and the AC is not properly also working..

What I like most about the hotel is the friendly staff and how clean everything is. The room is spacious and very comfortable, and I really enjoy the breakfast options. Also, the location is very convenient for getting around the city.

Smelly Room - customer service at buffet sucks

1. Room is smelly. We stayed at 10th flr and the room reeks like a rotten banana. I asked the front desk to bring an air freshener. Sprayed our room just a handful but woops still no. Still smelly 2. Bfast buffet is ok what we didn't appreciate was we were asked to go inside and occupy our dirty table promised to clean it while we are getting our food. When we were back our table is still dirty. The lady attending to us was hesitant to clean it. Hello Lady do u want me to clean it on my own? Or you want to let me move to another table. Sadly no there's no available because the front desk asked us to go inside without checking if there are clean tables to accommodate us. I was left for good 3 minutes standing next to the table holding 2 plates of the breakfast .So yep no wont be back anymore
