Both bathrooms I stayed in gets flooded. Water is all over the floor. Doesn?t drain well.

Near the shopping and restaurant.

The bed bedding should be replaced everyday and more towels.

 the front office manager is very welcoming and attended to my needs.

Hotel employee gave me leeway for late check out to 1:00pm the following day, however the lady who relieved her has a different story. The bathroom doesn't have bathroom mat, makes it messy after shower. I would recommend your hotel, only if you fix my co

Infested with cockroaches!!! I have informed the staff multiple times and nothing was done to resolve this problem! So very disappointed. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

Our couch was somewhat dingy.

We like the location of the hotel, which is within a shopping mall building with restaurants. The facility is a newer 2 to 3 star hotel. However, the hotel charges guests for missing or dirty face towels at an unreasonable price.

We were charged 1,000 pesos for three missing face towels and one face towel with a stain that is washable. I can buy those ordinary face towels for 10 pesos each. Summit hotel - because you want 200 pesos for a face towel, we will not recommend you.

The room has a musty odor,the floor tiles all over are chipped if not displaced. The shower doesnt have hot water, the sink faucet rusty . It needs remodelling

The bathroom is not clean, and the shower is broken. The shower area needs to be thoroughly cleaned, the grout should be replaced as it has already turned black, and there is visible mold that must be removed.

With in the mall , clean and free parking ..

Over all I like the place .

No appropriate gym facilty

The property was convenient & clean. The breakfast was OK.

The air-conditioning was too cool. Although daily housekeeping was promised, it was not. Check-out was tedious & included a room-check.

I don’t like the quality of the towels but I’m sure the property can improve it.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. And also, the Mall is attached to the hotel. Very convenient for shopping, and the restaurants are awesome! Love this hotel.

The room was not clean when ask to clean room.have to call again they just make the bed and replace towels and tidy the bathroom

The breakfast not sufficient not attentive for things like plates cup not replenish.you have to ask.the food was not that great.lots of fruits in the Philippines but they only served one kind of fruit,not a lot of selections or a buffet

breakfast was really bad. So maybe don't get with breakfast next time.They also cancelled our key card without checking out and it was before check out time. With our stuff in the room. Hassle
