Our one bedroom suite Room 622, while it came with cooktop and oven, we would've appreciated a microwave oven more

It was our 3rd time staying at this hotel.The location is perfect as it is very close to shopping and restaurants.The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean.The staffs are friendly and always courteous.

Don’t have a chance to try their restaurant for breakfast but it looked great. Didn’t like that I didn’t have the opportunity to try it given I was there on a short trip

The room was very comfortable and clean. If we had to rate only the sleeping arrangements, it would be a 10 score.

We ordered room service which was very pricey and not very good. Breakfast room isn't equipped with enough tables to accommodate the guests. You have to wait a long time for a table. Only one station for ordering omelettes, with no other options for eggs- like free served scrambled eggs. The whole dining area is very crowded and stuffy. All in all, it was very disappointing experience which ruined the excellent vibe we had with the room itself.

Gym was nice and staff were accommodating.

Makati Diamond Residences continues to be one of my go to hotels in Metro Manila. The location although there are a lot of construction around the area is still one of the best in Manila. The staff has always been accommodating and very helpful with all of our queries. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Definitely recommended to everyone who wants to stay at the heart of Makati.

Maybe it was because I was coming from Solaire North which is a newer hotel but it definitely feels like some of the rooms needs a some update or renovation. But nevertheless, still a prime location in Makati.
