NEW HOTEL, A LITTLE PRICEY FOR FOOD AND DRINKS, BUT GOOD EGGS AND FRONT DESK RECEPTION WAS GREAT QUIET ROOMS, SAFE PLACE, CLOSE TO AIRPORT,

NOTHING IN THE AREA, IF YOU NEED TO FLY IN AND OUT GREAT SPOT FOR THE MONEY.

The rooms are really neat very comfortable sort of like being on a cruise ship ..

This hotel is located in a wonderful location right next to the airport it was very quiet the rooms are inflated very well from the outside life they are sort of like cruise ship cabins. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I booked this hotel as i wanted something close to the airport as i was arriving late. I wanted something cheap, which this was. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport and once i was done with getting my luggage, simcard and a bit of cash, headed out to the hotel.Check in was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit far from any activity. It felt like an industial area, as i would describe it back home, where there are various banks and car dealerships. No shops, restaurants near by. It was a good 15-20 minute walk to any sign of civilisation during the evening hours.The room was very basic and the hallways had an oder of chemical cleaning solutions. It was a penetrating oder that crept up my naustrals.....I added the breakfast, as there was nothing else around to have breakfast, but the veriety was limited. This may be due to the timing of my stay as it was not busy, but i need to express the helpfulness of the staff that were eager to serve me any way they could.On my return i have booked an alternative hotel near the airport that makes me feel there is better value for money. It's cheaper, has a mall across the street and the room is great for what i am paying.

They are able to accommodate my early check-in. And able to prepare my room despite an email telling me that it is already cancelled.

The lighting. I want to have more lights

The location is conveniently close to the airport and shopping malls.

The shower temperature was hard to control—it kept switching from too hot to too cold. The Wi-Fi was really weak and I couldn’t use it. I’ve stayed in smaller hotels around Makati that were actually better.

Nice.Cozy.Clean.The room is exactly as shown in the photo provided.Would love to stay again.

The TV Monitor can't connect to YouTube or Netflix.Poor soundproofing of the door.No window or view from the outside.

Close to Makati Business district and super quite and lots of parking!!!

Rooms are decent and bed is comfy. No windows but it's ok. Nice room size for the price. Wifi is great!!!

Only thing I don't like is the toilet or bathroom smells pee not properly sanitized.

Not a good value for money - staff offered me a taxi from the airport for 2.500php (real price 250 with Grab), no hot water in the shower, no window in the room, feels like a box

AC wasn’t working well on the first room. 2nd room, the AC kept dying due to the timer but we cant turn the timer off. It also smelled like pee even if it was washed.

Location to our purpose of travel.The staff are accomodating.

The most frustrating hotel ive been to.There is no mobile network inside the rooms.You cannot make calls nor send text messages.Wifi is not working inside the room as well; you have to open the door and stay outside the room to get a mobile signal and wifi connectivity. I feel unsafe as in case of emergency you cannot use your phone to call someone unless you go out of the room.You can also hear people from the other room snoring,sneezing and coughing and tvs when being on.
