Nothing positive to say about this establishent.

The room was very small. I could not move comfortably within the bathroom. A/c did not work properly. When I asked to be refunded and check out they charged me half the 3 night stay I requested. Will not be recommending anyone to stay in this hotel.

We enjoyed how spacious the rooms were, the in room washing machine and dryer, and its location,

It has a room for families the suite thet has 3 rooms is our favorite. Only ascott has it

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The room size, the views, the food, the Wi-Fi. I am shocked such a hotel exists in the Philippines. This my 3rd trip to the Philippines and nothing else I've stayed at comes close. BGC is absolutely wonderful as well!

Very clean and spacious and great location

The room we had was fantastic & value for money. Its like living in our own apartment in the heart of BGC. The hotel is located near Bonifacio high street & various mall. A good exercise for walking. The breakfast we had was also awesome. The had great choices. I wish there was a Filipino porridge available ''arroz caldo'' but however they made up by cooking several pasta dishes which was also delicious! I also like the ''TAHO'' & Ube puto they had. The hotel staff was hospitable & we felt special.

There was nothing that we didn't like. But we wish they can give us discount next time.

Location, spacious rooms, comfy beds and gracious staff

For a peak season like New Year’s Eve, they were undermanned. Despite fulfilling pre check in requirements online, the lines at front desk were 2-3 deep which showed how unprepared they were for this peak period. Bell service was the one on top of their game. Room service took over an hour vs their promise of 30-45 mins. Room service ran out of eggs on Jan 2 and later called again to say they already had eggs. It’s such a pity because the food was good but their slow service made the experience disappointing.

Accessibility, cleanliness and courteous staff

This place is truly exceptional and absolutely worth the price. While it is on the pricey side, the level of service you receive is outstanding. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and every staff member—from the valet and security to the receptionists, bellmen, and waiters—was professional, courteous, and attentive.The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with complete amenities. We stayed with our daughter, and the generous room size allowed her to move around and play comfortably, which made our stay even more relaxing as a family.The location is another major highlight—perfectly situated in the center of everything, making it an ideal choice for families seeking both luxury and convenience.

Breakfast has variety of great selection. Location is walkable to shops and restaurants. Staff are professional and accommodating. Top notch and world class customer service and hospitality.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was excellent with good assortment of choices.

Bathroom needs updating and elevators were a bit crowded during peak hours.

Staff were accommodating, friendly and attentive. Checking in and out went seamlessly. Rooms were big and complete with facilities described in their website.

Bad experience sa breakfast. Someone gave our table away and though someone eventually apologized and tried to make up, the damage was done. They upset my wife.
