When I arrived, they told the toilet wasn't working and they transferred me to a different hotel which was substandard in every way. So there was nothing I liked about this hotel.
They did everything wrong. They put me in another hotel that was absolutely horrible.

The property has no elevator, even 5th floors you have to carry the luggage.
This is my go-to hotel whenever I go to manila. I like it because it is far from the busy areas of malate.
I have stayed it for several time and this time, the cost cutting was worst. No more provided toiletries like before and no more electric kettle inside the room. I can endure to 5th floor with stairs no matter how heavy my luggage but the no provided toiletries sucks. I think I will find another hotel the next time I need it before my flight.

The facility does not have lift/elevator. I have to carry my heavy luggage up to the 4th floor.
Staff are accommodating, and room service is quick.
You can literally hear all the noises outside inside the room and blinds are so thin that sunlight can still penetrate through. The bed sheets had holes. TV remote was not working
