Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet has a lot of food selections. Hotel is close to a shopping mall which is convenient.

The room is not clean especially the bathroom. There were stuff by the wall close to the toilet seat that I wiped off. Front desk has a sign that says no smoking but as soon as you walk in to the hotel, you¿ll smell cigarettes coming from the casino

All Staff that I interacted with was super friendly and professional and responsive to all my needs and requests.

Place has an aura of elegance and feels like home. Staff are very respectful, courteous and smile sincerely. The hotel is so clean (no. 1 reason why I chose this place). Food in Copa de Manila is wow! The room looks great! I love it!

Place is not busy at all which leaves you a ton of privacy for you and company. We went to the pool around 10am and had the pool to ourselves till we left around 2pm. AWESOMEEEE!!! The cleanliness of this place is IMPECABLE! Would definitely come back.

We were at room 1616 and the water pressure was very low. Also the sink leaked and would puddle on the tile floors which can be very slippery. Also, we had to pay our child to eat at their “complimentary breakfast”??? Kinda defeats the purpose of the

My husband and I usually have our breakfast in the restaurant the whole length of stay. I would like to thank Zia, Lester and esp Prince... they made our breakfast experience great. They are very accommodating and friendly. The housekeepers always made our room really clean and laundry service was also great. The service was so awesome. My husband and I would definitely stay in this hotel for our future vacation.

It was good since the pool is not cold. best for children ho wants to go swimming.

It is very spacious room, the hotel itself has a very good ambiance, clean hallways and bathrooms. Staff are very friendly and they provided excellent customer service.

Nice and accessibility . I would recommend the concierge staff are very especially shout out to one employee. His name is Mark Arce he is very heplful and well - mannered. I have some problem with my booking he is the only one who have time to help me. I hope everyone is like wsp. For me a senior .

Nothing no bad experience

Beautiful hotel, great staff, very clean, perfectly situated across the street from SM Mall San Lazaro. It's our new "go to" hotel while holidaying in the Philippines. We love it.

The security guards inside and outside the hotel were lovely.Great it's outside SM San Lazaro so you can get food as we didn't eat breakfast here.

1. We had breakfast included for all 3 of us as that's what I paid for. When we went for breakfast they told us my child wasn't included and would need to pay. Spoke to duty manager, he was not helpful at all. He told us he would check this and get back to us and never did. We didn't eat breakfast throughout whole stay. We spoke to 3 different members of staff regarding this and no one got back to us at all. Really disappointing as I had booking confirmation and email stating breakfast was included for all 3 of us.2. 4* hotel that doesn't have basic things like a hair dryer is ridiculous, even other 3* ones do. Leaking kettle everytime it boils.3. We are a very introverted family, we always put the do not disturb sign everytime we stay at the hotel. This hotel would be calling us everyday asking if we wanted our room cleaned etc after telling them time and time again, no we do not and do not wish to be disturbed. They should respect guests wishes, it's like they want to be nosey and see what's in your room.They couldn't let us know regarding breakfast as to why my son wasn't included even though I paid but could call twice a day pestering about cleaning the room. I have stayed at loads of hotels in thr Philippines this trip and this was the first hotel to constantly bug us regarding coming into the room to clean.4. The room isn't fully cleaned, the carpets had clumps of hair from previous guests, I didn't get to complain about it as we were so tired from a very long day of travels and just wanted to rest.5. No sound proofing at all. You can hear guests all times of the day and night in the hall way.6. Hotel claims to be 4* but their services, facilities say other wise. Don't let the interior fool you, the way how the hotel looks doesn't match the quality of their rooms or their service.100%, will not be returning to this hotel.

The breakfast is fantastic. They have a wide choices of food.

The staffs in the pool area was quite rude, can be trained more. They act like they own the hotel. I can’t say anything bad from the receptionist, housekeeping and the waiter from the buffet area. They exceeded my expectations.

You need to request for hairdryer - ashould be readily available in the room. Should add extra toilet paper.

The internet connection in our room 1515 is too weak. But then I asked reception for help and they helped me and IT and we finally got a good connection. Thank u guys.?

Breakfast is Average not so delicious. But all staff in the Copa de Manila are very Professional and Friendly. We have a Lunch there with my Friends 6 of us. we order Kare Kare too Hard and Chewy, Pancit Malabon The worst pancit that i ever taste,inihaw na liempo with fish too much vinegar.the one that really good is the Sisig.The check in why we need to wait until 1:30 pm to be accomodate.like Balikbayan that come straight from the Airport will arrive at your Hotel about 7am and wait 6 hours before we are accomodate.Thank you.
