Seda Bonifacio Global City Manila

Location. Courteous staff. Clean.

Rooftop bar service is a little slow.

Service, breakfast buffet to die for, 21st floor lounge, across the street from a fantastic open-air mall. No complaints with the SEDA Hotel BGC. Will absolutely return to this hotel!!

The service was exceptional! From housekeeping to dining. Bed was comfortable. Had a safe to lock up valuables and mini refrigerator. We could ask for bottled water any time of the day.

If you are looking to unpack and place clothes in a drawer, there aren't any. You will need to keep your clothes in your luggage.

Location and the breakfast array.

Truthfulness of front desk staff regarding amenities.

This beautiful hotel is within walking distance of Market Market and a variety of other shopping and dining establishments.

Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good location, lots of restaurants near the hotel and safe to walk during nighttime.

I don't like that the bar took over all the space at the roofdeck. I wish there is a space for people that doesn't want to drink and just want to relax.

The employee was excellent at his Job and very attentive to thr needs of the clients

The pool wasn't open,

Location and food.

Close to every where

My experience did not start well but things got better each time. I am a light sleeper and the room I had upon check in was on the 7th floor and was too noisy because of the traffic, so I asked for a change. Although it was really late (around midnight) and it took some time I was moved to 15th floor which was less noisy. Every request I made was taken well and had been replied shortly. The sheets were clean and usually I keep itching on hotel beds because of the chemicals used which never happened at Seda BGC.

I haven't booked the room myself, but my workplace did. I wasn't able to communicate with the hotel through the app (this is a booking.com issue). Also, I had breakfast the first morning and I had to look for coffee or tried to reach someone for 15 minutes. There was a coffee bar but I've been told that I would be served directly at the table, which didn't happen until a waiter realized and brought some coffee. I had to leave for a workshop so I wasn't able to have a second coffee in the morning. It was a minor issue but you expect better, if not the best from such a hotel.

Breakfast was available everyday we stayed there and had great options of breakfast. Location of the hotel was great, it was behind the main area of all stores and diners which was a plus side. Room was comfortable a little small for the price. Did have all the amenities that were needed.

What could have been better, the communication from the restaurant. we tried to make a reservation for the roof top bar and no one was available to reach. We wanted to invite our family to the rooftop and couldn't confirm with anyone to see availability so we went somewhere else.

Breakfast food was good except that coffee, butter and taho was slow to be refilled. The butter and coffee for instance took almost an hour before they became available.

Availability of basement parking. We had 2 room reservations and yet it wasnt until past 11 pm when we got a parking space.

The location, amenities, most of all the friendliness and kindness of the employees.

I have a fragrance allergy and I was a bit overwhelmed at times by the artificial fragrance everywhere.

The room was clean, loved the breakfast and the staff were friendly! I find the room slippers a good quality, too. And the shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled good

Nothing in particular

Room comfort

Restaurant Lack attention during busy

Breakfast were goodLocation is very good since very near to BGC High StreetRoom was very clean and providing enough drinking waterCheckout process was very fast and comfort

Extra payment for earlier checkinQueuing for breakfast every day

The location, the breakfast.

Lots of people in the lobby.

I need the folio for my stay. The property says booking should provide and booking sends me to the property. I am terribly frustrated with the lack of support from both teams. Please make this right for me.

Good location? Good food, nice and helpful staff

Shower enclosure doesn't close properly so water from shower will go to floor Dangerous and messy looking

Very good selections for breakfast. I was craving taho, arroz caldo and champorado. They had it the first stay. Disappointed when the taho was not available the next days. Staffs were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was walking distance to a mall and other eatery place.

Taho was not available daily.
