Location is good for me.And the free water

The toilet bowl is too old.The lavatory is smelly.No netflix tv is too old.no floor mat and no small slippers.Dirty floormat.rough bedsheets.No free hot water.

Location because it is just 8 mins walk to my son’s licensure exam venue.

The hotel seems old, not well maintained. Sound proofing is bad that we had hard time sleeping at night due to moise from the nearby road.

Easy booking. The location is near the PRC testing center for board exams, a grocery store, and 7-11 convenience store. Upon check-in, we were given four 350-mL bottles of drinking water. Showers had some hot water. Reusable rubber slippers were provided and the hair dryer was functioning.

Very poor WiFi signal inside the room. The router is placed outside the room, so it was difficult to send simple messages.The corkage fee (PhP 50 per delivery order) was not disclosed during booking or before check-in. The fee was only mentioned in the restaurant menu placed inside the room, meaning guests only discover it after they have already checked in and paid.I found it difficult to sleep at night because the room was beside a very busy street, and the vehicles drove fast and were noisy.Water pressure fron the showerhead was poor, so it was difficult to shower quickly.

I like that it was very close to our Testing Area for Board Exam.

Although its very accessible to other places, the property is kinda old. The window has no lock, the bathroom especially the shower is hard to open. We also overheard some guest about their hidden charges like corkage fee, that we somehow didn't experience at all. There's also not alot of restaurant nearby, although there's a convenience store and grocery store.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I stayed here because it was relatively nearer to my testing center (5 min walk).

Area is very traffic so you can hear the noise outside especially if your room is facing road. If you are a light sleeper like me, it is a struggle to take a good quality sleep and rest before and after the exam day.I hope they clean the linens/sheets properly. I woke up the next day with bites on my arms :( No toiletries available in the cr. They provided one small pack of shampoo/conditioner that I think will only last one shower.

Room is spacious and clean. Super near to Damka/Old Sta Mesa St.

Street is so busy which is our room's window is facing, during rush hour you can hear all automobile horns

Very noisy, impossible to sleep! Definitely not recommend. it seems like there is no window for all the transport going around the room. You won't get enough sleep here even with earplugs and booze. in an hour your head will be square from the noise!

Location is near schools and review centers. Walking distance to necessities.

Bed had small, dark, pellets that looked like mouse droppings when we checked in. It is an old hotel with wooden floors that appears slightly maintained.

The food are good ( breakfast and dinner). The location is accessible to the venue that we need to go. The staff are very accommodating. The room are big and clean.

The shower for hot is not functioning . I observed that the carpet is already old. The location are to noisy due to the motorist passing by.

that was absolutely awful when I had to stay in a dirty room. all beds smell bad. ni hot water. placed in a noisy area without good enough isolation in doors and windows. hard to find for delivery and book taxies. We booked here for 3 nights, and these circumstances forced us to leave after 2, however.

Staffs are very approachable.

Flow of water from the shower is a little bit slow. The sink is barado.

The room was spacious and close to market. A little bit noisey. Would be much better if they have a kettle to boil water since a booked a superior room. Staff was courteous ang kind.

The room that was given to us smelled like an ashtray. I could not stay there two minutes, tried to cancel our reservation and they wouldn’t refund us our money.
