Century Park Hotel

Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Great location.

No iron or ironing board available.

The staff was very courteous & attentive to our needs. Checkin & checkout was quick. And unlike many hotels in the Philippines that regard their guests as potential thieves, Century Park Hotel respects their guests.

Parking situation can be improved. The guard at the entrance directed us to a small decrepit parking lot that's completely full. We had to park in the adjacent pay parking. We later found out that they have additional parking at the back.

I did make the trip to Manila, and did stay at this Hotel. It is a great hotel and I do recommend it to anyone. Due to the information below, I hope I wasn't charged on my card for the room. I paid the full amount upon arrival including taxes.

When my wife and I arrived on the 12 of October, to my surprise the hotel did not have reservations for me! They said they had no records of reservations from you for my stay. Fortunately, they did have rooms available and I was able to stay there.

The property will no longer provide invoice to online bookings. Not recommended for government transactions.

We stayed on the 8th floor, and the room assigned to us was quite spacious, which we appreciated. However, the overall look and feel of the room felt dated, reminiscent of the 1990s. The door in the bathroom was visibly old and had some white stains, and both the refrigerator and safety deposit box appeared to be older models. The TV only offered cable channels — there was no Netflix or YouTube available, which limited our entertainment options.That said, the bed was clean and very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep.The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food choices, which we enjoyed. However, the restaurant’s interior also felt quite outdated. I did notice a fly hovering near the salad station, and I hope the hotel considers putting insect repellents or improving food station hygiene. We also spotted a mosquito in our room during the stay.One of the positive aspects is that the room rate is slightly more affordable compared to nearby hotels. Hopefully, the management considers renovating the rooms and common areas to introduce a more modern, brighter, and welcoming atmosphere. Updating the appliances and adding modern conveniences would certainly elevate the overall guest experience.

Clean towels, room was clean

Very old, needs a major upgrade. There were no plugs in the room to charge your devices, I had to unplug lamps to charge some of my electronics, no access to balcony, saying for my safety, bed/pillow was hard and uncomfortable, not enough lighting in the room, closest light did not work. Room was very old and dark. Breakfast: cockroach on the buffet table near the bread and butter. I told the staff

Staff were friendly. Room rate was good. Amenities were okay. Free parking was appreciated.

Wifi was very slow, almost non existent. Rooms and other areas need to be refurbished and updated because they look and feel old.

I like the place and location

Lift facility, always busy , have to wait 20 minutes.. must upgrade the lifts.. old fashioned

Need dress code just to eat breakfast. One cannot enter the food venue if they were wearing sleepers or sandals. Need to wear shoes. We were stopped on the front door for wearing sandals. They said we need to wear shoes.

The WiFi is too slow . The elevator is not accessible especially during the breakfast. The staff don’t treat the person fairly.

The breakfast buffet is good

No other restaurants in proximity to the hotel. The other in -house restaurant has minimum amt to spend to be able to eat there, if i remember it right inthink a person has to spend at least P700 to be able to eat inside.

Embarrassment and Disappointment

The services aren’t good as we expected for 4 star hotel. It has long queue lines for check in and out and even for elevators. Imagine, I am pregnant. There’s no priority lane for pwd, seniors and pregnant guests. It took us so long to go up in our room and down to access some facilities because of the elevator services. We experienced also that there are glitches in terms of breakfast buffet. I booked a room with breakfast and we were oriented by the receptionist upon check in of the inclusions of our booking. However, when we were having our breakfast, I was informed that my booking doesn’t include breakfast and we have to pay. So much disappointment and embarrassment we experienced at the first day of 2025. We caused delay in the lines of breakfast buffet because of this.

Convenient for what we were doing in Manila so easy to come and go to rest or get back for evening.

Charged way too much for late check out of 2.5 hours. Had to pay 1000 pesos per extra hour. The shower faucet was broken and the shower head was not working properly, things I would expect to be in good order with the price of this accommodation. Staff would not give any additional complimentary water past two small bottles in room, must pay 170 for bottle from resto or go to sari sari next door and pay 30 pesos per bottle. Breakfast not included, an additional 1000 per person

Food menu is static. It would help if some nationality specific options are introduced e.g. indian.

Nostalgia mostly when I was a kid my dad usually takes us to this hotel when it was formerly Sheraton.

Century Tsukiji

We stayed at room 1729. The toilet was severely clogged. The following day we had breakfast at around 0830H, we were greeted and was shown to our table. When I returned to our table and haven’t even sat and haven’t even taken my first bite, your staff/receptionist already asked me if I can go ahead and pay the bill. For me that is straight up rude! She didn’t even have the decency to wait for me to ask for the bill. Imagine I haven’t even tried the food and she had the audacity to ask me to pay the bill??? Then one of you waiting staff, Jomar apologizes on her behalf. You should orient your staff with regards to dealing with guests. I was embarrassed and her actions were out of line.
