It was raining and the rain drops on the air conditioner was sooo noisy. They should have made provisions that the remain drops will not fall directly on the aircon outside the window.

Very dated. Routine services such as business center not available but you could request the front desk to print at a premium price. Ordered butter chicken for dinner and received fried chicken with butter poured over it.
Stayed for 3D2N with my partner. The room is spacious, with water heater, kettle pot and fridge. The breakfast buffet is amazing and staff were friendly. The hotel gives a vintage vibe and sits at the heart of Malate. Close to the mall, restaurants, convenience stores and other establishments.
Elevator door closes quickly and could possibly hurt someone walking to go inside for a ride.

breakfast ( included) needs a little more imagination. breakfast staff a little bit slow in doing their job. refilling of foods takes to long and refill of coffee urn didn’t happen.

The place is kinda old. I can get other hotels with more ammenities for lower price.
Wi-Fi was good. There were multiple pillows. There was a single serving coffee maker. Breakfast was good with fresh cooked eggs and omelets to order.
AC was noisy. Could not get bedlamps to turn off - they only went to dim (maybe I was missing something). Did not find any facial tissues in room.

Good location in the heart of Ermita. there is the Sikat bus/ferry desk inside the hotel, connection to Puerto Galera, Mindoro return ticket for 2900php. March 2023

The room checkit before guests come and make it clean and the smell and dust bedlinen have something itchy sorry good to tell so the hotel knows what happened to your hotel know and before many times I stay to business trip many friends I take room there but so clean now I cannot imagine what I see and smell hoping some day when I came back all room will be clean and now worry to dust and smell thanks ?

There has been many changes within the hotel ..( have been using the hotel for over eight years ) some not for the best ..started to charge for leaving luggage ..breakfast very limited…reception area ..all sofas have been removed …also booking in/out could do with some improvement…far too much unnecessary paperwork taking / waiting for quite awhile if booking in/out …and prices of the hotel has risen quite sharply

The breakfast is really poor (no eggs in continental BF, only bread, no fruits.The aircon is balancing all the time, so it's cold then it stop, then when it's hot it starts again and too cold. We got sore throat in the morning.No window in the room.The price on booking appears like 2500 pesos, but we got it for 4300The bed was moving. We really didn't sleep good.
