However, when we tried to check in, the hotel could not find our reservation. I had to wait an additional five hours for a solution and ended up paying again in cash!It was a tiring day, and I had trouble sleeping, but they couldn't offer a refund. Instead, they offered an additional extended stay as compensation. However, we are unsure if we will visit the hotel again due to a lack of coordination. Overall, it was not a good experience for us.
