Hotel Juliano

The price, WiFi, and the walking proximity to the historical sites that we were there to see (Rizal Park and Intramuros). It was a 30 min walk to the heart of Intramuros. We also frequented Robinson's Mall for movies and dinner, which was a 15 min walk.

No mirror above the sink, tiny showering space, stripped AC control knob (we managed to work it). No elevator but the guard helps with your bags. Also, don't turn right exiting the hotel if you don't like being frequently solicited by beggars.

Good location, walking distance to near Roxas Blvd/Manila Bay and Rizal Park. Staff are helpful. Generous breakfast serving but they don't have a dining area. Breakfast is served in rooms.

I hope they offered more for those checking-in in their Family room. It feels like it's costly already given its price.

The room was clean and the staff were polite and accommodating. The location was also good as it was near a lot of stores and restaurants.

There was no wifi when I stayed there even though the booking included internet services. I was also not informed ahead of time of its unavailability upon the duration of my stay so it was kind of a bummer.

The area is accessible to places to eat and worship; and near to historical places without bursting your pockets.

Though, I might be wrong, but there seems to be a lack of directional signs pointing to fire exits, but there is a pair of fire extinguishers down the corridor.

Great location—near the church and 7-Eleven, with the mall just a short walk away. The room is cozy, the staff are polite and accommodating, and cleanliness is well-maintained.

The bathroom was a little too small showering over the toilet but I'm 6'1 so most bathrooms are small

Not clean...there is no electric kettle for the hot water.The toilet is not clean!!!

Distance to terminal 3, nbi, and immigration

Room is extremely small, enough for bed and chair next to it.shower leaked and bathroom floor always wet.Window opens on fire escape stair, but area has people sitting so i kept curtains closed all the time

The location is within walking distance to the US Embassy, which is a plus. However, it’s in the Ermita Park area, so expect a few bystanders. That said, having your own private space is reassuring, especially if you’re concerned about your personal belongings while you’re away.

I recommend that the hotel provide at least a microwave and a mini refrigerator, especially for guests with longer stays. Additionally, offering potable drinking water would be appreciated, given how hot it can get in Manila.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was a year ago. Both times we had appointments at the USA embassy and the hotel is within walking distance. Due to a typhoon, our appointment was cancelled by the embassy and we needed to stay an additional two days but the hotel was fully booked for those additional days.
