The room was great, the staff very helpful, I had no problems and would consider staying here again.

I thought it was closer to where I needed to be, but the hote had no problems calling a taxi or Grab for me to get where I needed to go.

Staff and location.

Cleanliness of the room, mainly carpets and bathroom. Bathroom area is pretty old. Had to request the shower head be replaced and kitchen sink fixed from severe leak and loose faucet.

Place, location and the service were good except for the parking.

The location, amenities and for our 4th time here finally the staff is more approachable and very kind to us. Our family is very happy during our stay.

It was located with in walking distance to many malls, restaurants, and very cool city view out the windows.

My room was upgraded but has poor ventilation. We had to ask for an electric fan to ease the temp in the sala

staffs- we didn't like the TV's reception, it's quite blurry, maintenance had a look and they quickly change it to a bigger one, whoah! that was quick! I appreciate their quick response to our concerns. good job guys!breakfast- love the food, the staffs are quick to attend to our request (including taking photos haha)location - it's just a few steps from the church I am attending and near my favourite Robinson's galleriapool - love the jacuzzi and the size of it!comfort - pillows and bed are very comfy!

Location and room was nice

I ordered room service and the food was not great. Definitely not worth it.

Room is very clean, but a bit dark on the lighting, but its ok.Pool is clean.

the staff were friendly

1. Room was not yet ready when we got there even though it was already past 3pm, and even though I messaged that our expected arrival time was 1-2pm. We were made to wait for 30-45 min, and told to sit, but even the lobby waiting area is full that we all had to wait standing up2. Bathtub drain was leaking3. Bathtub is DIRTY, we still had to scrub it to remove some dirt around it4. Bathroom is dirty, it was obviously not properly cleaned5. Incomplete kitchen implements/utensils6. TV channels are not clear at all; an upgrade should be in order; a lot of cheap cable deals with HD channels nowadays so why not upgrade?

housekeeping greeted me happy birthday. cleaned up our room when we extended.

late check in. settled everything at 1:30PM and was able to check in 3.30PM. Our staff were removed from the cart and they put it on the floor. They did not honor the late check out promised by the front desk manager.

Everything. the room is very clean upon my request due to mt daughter’s asthma and the staff are very helpful. i included breakfast for my stay with families which the food and the service are great.

Location was fine, size of room was excellent.

Toiletries were scarce, furniture a bit dated, difficult to get breakfast servers to refill coffee.

Suite rooms are clean and comfortable to stay

Service is very slow. They were better last time we stayed.
