- It rained hard and a pool of water formed in the closet area of the room we were given while we were there. The area outside the rooms leading to the elevators is not properly ventilated. It was hot and stuffy.
- Refrigerator Water leak (water on the floor), not cleaned even after being reported at front desk. Water shower faucet malfunction - need fixing + reported to front desk at checkout. Aircon unit hard to control different settings.

Staff was nice and housekeeping did a great job
Check-in and check-out was awful, you reserve a room that¿s not even available. There are cockroaches everywhere!!!

The mattress is too firm, everything you need you have to ask for it like iron and ironing board, pans and pots. If guests stays more than a week this things should be available already.
Location.Walking distance from shopping malls,groceries and restaurants.Theres a shuttle bus going to the Okada casino across the street.Loated between Makat and Quezon city.
I dont like the floor plan of the rooms.The kitchen is located next to the bed.The walk in closet is all the way to the back of the room and you have to carry your luggage through the narrow space between the bed and wall.
Hotel location and space
Room and building should be kept updated, clean and purchase new towels. Looked like towels have been used for over hundred years. There are bugs all over everyday, that's gross! housekeeping should change the bed sheets without guest asking for it
The maintenance of the hotel is poor. The hallways need to be repainted. The ventilation in the hallways and the elevators is poor. It is totally different from how it was 5 years ago.

Accessibility to shopping malls, if not only for that reason we wouldnt consider staying in that hotel.
Use of keycard even in elevators which makes it very inconvenient for the guests, aside from issuing just 1 keycard for every room making it hard for those staying as a group. Another downside is that they dont have their own parking at the hotel.
