I hate the receptionist named Mark Baltazar. He is so bossy and only chooses to respect foreign guests.

The location was very convenient to restaurants, stores, and the mall. The most convenient amenity was the 7-11 outside the lobby. The staff really assisted us with our needs. The laundry service was less than a 24 hour turnaround.
There was construction going on around 8:30am. We could hear drilling and banging above us. There was a smoker on our floor. I could smell the smoke on my way to the elevator.

There are no provisions for complementary drinks like coffee. Or at least provide a kettle or an option to avail services like that. Please place a curtain rod on the shower area to avoid accidents.

Noisy aircon Unit. Your lobby furniture fixtures are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. There are many hotel lobby seating chairs and cushions that are way more attractive and comfortable that you can put in place of your old ones.
The staff was excellent. The room was good. Some amenities COULD have been included instead of having to be purchased. It would have been nice.
