Very friendly and helpful staff.

Check in process was a bit troublesome because my last name was misspelled in the system. It took a while to figure out this was the root cause of the issue.

The room was luxurious, spotless. Bed and pillows were super comfy

The interior design of the entire hotel (lobby, room, restaurants ) is excellent !

Hotel entrance driveway is quite confusing. It causes traffic if there are quite a number of vehicles coming in.

1. Complete amenities and luxurious feel - you can definitely feel that this is a five star hotel. Been to different hotels here in the PH and overseas (well, just mid hotels not all 5stars) and this is the one that actually feels luxurious but still quite affordable.2. Room Service Staff (except for that 1 incident) - Extremely friendly! At night, a member of the staff will visit to check if you need anything. afterwards, they will give you a small treat (one per room) but one of the staff actually gave us 6! And typically you only have the number of water bottle based on the number of people booked in a room but they gave us extras. I mean these are little things, it won't cost the hotel that much but gestures like these are appreciated.3. Proximity to malls - So for foreign tourists, I don't know if this is the best hotel for you. The view in the rooms regardless of the type is not that amazing in the busy area of the north of MM, but for those who just wanted a staycation, to unwind and relax, the proximity of the malls is definitely a plus. Not only Vertis North but also Trinoma (thru the Parking walkway), and maybe you can also consider SM North if you don't mind a bit of a walk.4. Reasonably-Priced Food - Sure, the prices in the restaurants are a bit expensive but if you're not picky then you can also try their food court which in my opinion is a better option since you have variety to choose from. Not only does the food actually taste great but after comparing the prices of what it would cost if we ate at the mall vs in the hotel, we were actually spending less in the hotel (this includes room service), because they have generous servings and again the prices are quite reasonable. Even the buffet price is reasonable considering the spread.5. Discounts- not to mention the discount you'll get if you're a member. I mean, the membership is free so there's really no reason not to sign-up.

1. The pool is honestly too small considering how this is a 5-star hotel. Novotel has a better-sized pool. It was packed when we went there during Sem-Break. I don't know if they have plans to expand that in the future but hopefully they will. 2. Also, the kids club was a bit of a let down in terms of availability. While it's a win that it's available for non-hotel guests (I won't have to book everytime to access), access is still not guaranteed even if you're staying in the hotel for a few days. I wish the hotel guests were prioritized or at least there's slot for hotel guests. That was our primary reason for being there because the kids were on school break and we left disappointed because all the slots were full.3. Overall, the staff isamazing! However, there's one incident that is kinda disappointing. After calling reception for the kids club reservation, they promised to call us back to let us know of availability, but they never did. I waited there along with my daughter who fell asleep. I mean, it would've been better to let us know it's not available than let us wait for nothing.4. Expect a lot of Non-Hotel guests so be wary - I mean it's a Casino, I guess they really can't do anything about it. I just want to point it out. I noticed how there are more non-hotel customers in the lobby when I was completing my steps for the day, and since it's a casino, well, you need to be wary of some of the people since not all the people are hotel guests or customers in the casino. If you've seen scammers in other hotels, well expect more from hotels that are also casinos.Although the lapses are a bit understandable because the hotel's initial target audience are gamblers and the lapses I've noted are family amenities, they now have a broader market so just putting this out there for possibilities of improving their service in those areas.

Our first concern was the room—it had a damp smell. We requested a room transfer and were given another room, which was less smelly but still not ideal.Another issue was the food availability at the pool area. Since my daughter and I did not include breakfast in our overnight stay, it would have been helpful if there were takeaway food options available, especially for kids. Unfortunately, room service does not allow food to be brought down to the pool area, and we were informed that the earliest food service starts around 11:00 AM.Thankfully, the pool attendant, Daniel, was very kind and accommodating. After hearing that my 6-year-old daughter was already complaining of hunger, he went out of his way to help us with our food request. His assistance was greatly appreciated and made a big difference in our experience.

The parking lot is too confusing!! Not enough arrows to tell you where to park or exit!

This hotel is now my favorite hotel in Metro Manila. The location was amazing, just close to Seda Hotel as well as Seda Vertis North. It's also close to Trinoma and a bit close to SM North Edsa. The check-in was quick as well as checking out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of food options inside the hotel. Albeit they don't allow deliveries since sometimes you just want a simple burger from some fast food place. Customer support was on point and all of my requests and orders were fulfilled in an acceptable amount of time.

I raised a complaint regarding housekeeping entering our room without knocking even though my Do not disturb sign was on. I really hope they do something about that one since that could have been a bigger issue if I was with my wife inside the room.

The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay!

We experienced challenges with parking availability, and the food court service was quite slow.

Solaire Manila is very good for me. The place is clean, relaxing, and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my time here!

A tiny inconvenience, our room phone charger portal were all (three in total) were defective.

The facility was outstanding, the gym was outstanding, functional and everything you need to get a full workout, and staff was professional and friendly . Best value for your money

Water pressure in the shower not got, and it took almost 20min for the water to hot….WIFI was slow

The Resort is brand new, spotless, and the service is top notch. There are separate areas for the casino goers. The hotel has a signature scent which helps with the experience.

The Red Lantern restaurant with all you can eat dimsum lunch and kung fu tea performance is next to the casino with second hand smoke wafting into the food service area.

Super clean and well appointed. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I like it that its new and room have decent space. They have many cafes to choose from. The amenities are great, I enjoyed the gym and wellness area, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parking is free and the hotel is located near to shopping malls.

I had an issue with the In-room dining due to their incompetence and lack of customer experience. Tje housekeeping were always not on time making up the room. I don't know if I am being so meticulous but the hygiene in the shower area did not pass my standards. Spotted dirts in the basin and shower.

Payment method was really bad… had to go to this link where it was not accepting my card… tried several times and didn’t work… i ended up going straight to the hotel a few days before just to pay for my reservation… never had to do that to any hotel i’ve been to and i travel a lot to different countries…

Everything is perfect. Bed sheet was so comfy and perfectly iron,a complementary fruits was nice.
