The E-Hotel Makati

The location is very good

I had stayed there before but this time I was very disappointed in the service and staff. They were more interested in discussing personal issues. the Hotel is difficult to find and most taxi drivers do not know where it is located.

Location. Not in the center of CBD but close enough.

No view from window, but you can't anything about that

HelloThe hotel itself is good but - very poor breakfast, everything is received, one product without any understanding of what you are asking for, there is only powdered milk, no liquid milk - the dishes at breakfast are extremely dirty - until hot water arrives, half a day passes, breakfast is served in a restaurant on the street on rickety tables that fall every moment with the products and dishes - not worthy of the word hotel!

Hotel was undergoing external reservation. Good for greenbelt and shopping (which I hated). Breakfast fillipno was ok

Rooms were ok ..bathroom flooded badly from shower. Location personally preferred near verges street for nightlife

Staffs are nice

No slippers, the cabinet is broken and no netflix

Staff were helpful and my room was very big, clean, and comfortable.

We have been repeat customers since E. Hotel started. I am glad to be back since it feels like home.

Items necessary for maintenance and repair were not complied with such as discolored toilet and sink. The elevator flooring has molds already and the carpet looks very dirty.

Location.

Leaking sliding shower / tub door. No bathroom floor towels.. Bath towel looked dirty. No hot water in bath. Maintenance is poor. Freezer of small refrigerator was not defrosted.

Staff tried to be very helpful very pleasant

Room was not as described. Room was Not carpeted selector on bath/shower didn’t not work. I was unable to stand upright to have a shower due to low ceiling in shower area. This was full board during quarantine. The meals were not suitable for children there was no options you got what you were given. Even if you chose to order from the menu most items not available. Roaches all over the bathroom every night. It may have been due to the work being carried out for most of our stay.

The staff was trying their best but with the quality of the hotel there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and our 2 children (2 yr old and 9 months old) for our 10 day quarantine.After staying here for a few days it has become unbearable due to the condition of the hotel, the room and the supplies. Even after changing the room inside the hotel, not much has improved. Here some examples:- Our deluxe room which we chose with balcony is facing directly a wall making it impossible to see the outside world.- Furniture is very old and broken- Rooms are not clean upon arrival - cigarette buds on the balcony- No food options for the children and very small portions for us as the adults- Sanitation utensils such as towels and toilet paper is only limited available and towels have holes- Cockroaches and ants in the room- scrambled TV channels and poor internet which makes entertainment for children in quarantine very hardand much moreThe staff is nice, but cannot do much about it apparently.

The location and nearby places in the hotel. The toilet is clean and water pressure is strong. And the friendly staff. But sometimes friendliness is not enough when the service you're expecting is not met. And saying sorry is not enough when you need even at least a warm water instead of hot but completely nothing. Inspite the good location, I won't booked in there again.

No kettle and safe deposit in the room eventhough it's stated in my booking that it's included. I have to ask them for those. Same with hairdryer, they said it's upon request which is didn't stated when I booked that it is to be requested rather it says the room has. Plenty of cockroaches on the built in table and keeps on crawling there even when I'm eating that I jumped out of the chair and grab my food out of the table. Then I reported in the morning that the hot water is not working. When I get back to the hotel, I found out it's not fix yet and I asked them how am I going to shower then specially early in the morning coz I have an early flight. All I get is sorry which won't do anything when you are showering in a cold water early morning! And didn't even give a complimentary water and coffee or tea even a small one. For it's price I paid for 2 nights and I checked out early, it's not worth it. Oh and the wifi, part of amenities is free wifi when you're booking for a room but when you arrive in the hotel and trying to connect through their internet, it won't even show up on the lists of wifi. There is rare occassion it will show up but difficult to connect and says no internet.
