1) Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 PM. br/ 10) Any deliveries should be received by the guest. The hotel will not accept deliveries on behalf of the guest. br/ 11) The guest acknowledgement and agreements on and complies with the hotel’s House Rules. br/ 12) We will also collect a security deposit amounting to PHP 1,000 upon check in but this is refundable upon check-out if you did not consume any additional fee. br/ 13) Please bring a valid government ID and vaccination card upon check in. br/ 14) We also offer breakfast at an additional charge of PHP 209.00 nett per person (this includes your choice of breakfast bowl & drip coffee/brewed iced tea). br/ 15) The parking fee will be PHP 150.00 net per night (applicable for BGC East, North, and South) br/ 2) Early check-in before 5:00 AM will be subject to a full-day charge while check-in from 5:00 AM onwards will be subject to an additional 50% early check-in charge. br/ 3) Late check-out until 4:00 PM will be subject to an additional 50% fee. Beyond 4:01 PM will be charged an equivalent to a full night’s stay. br/ 4) Maximum of two (2) adults will be allowed inside the Deluxe Rooms and four (4) adults for Suite Rooms. Visitors must be registered at the Front Desk. br/ 5) Smoking is not allowed on premises. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged for every infraction well as confiscation of tobacco, vape, and other illegal products. br/ 6) Cleaning and changing of linens will be done in between stays. Long stay guests could have their rooms cleaned and linens changed every 3 days. br/ 7) The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for stained linens, losses, and breakages in the room for the duration of your stay. br/ 8) The hotel will not be liable for any valuables left inside the room as governed by the civil code of the Philippines. br/ 9) The hotel reserves the right to institute necessary action in case of self-check-out, non-compliance, disorderly conduct, or failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding amount.
