First class experience in terms of location, facility and staff

Drivers were mistaken with a nearby facility

I understand the property opened in April 2025, so everything is in pristine condition. With that said, the property is very lush, serene and very calm and relaxing. Our suite was exceptional with the plunge pool/access to the main pool made it so inviting!

Comfortable the staff are always good and acomodating

I always like the cleanlinest but during my last stay a dirty rug was left in the shower.

Walls at the atrium look like a mausoleum a little bit creepy. I don’t know if it’s their Halloween celebration motif.

More restaurants and shops close to hotel would help as no appeal to walk in immediate roads around hotel.Traffic constantly busy filling roads outside hotel.

Perfect with our furbaby. You can go anywhere at the hotel as long as our furbaby is on a leash, with diaper and on a stroller. Guests don’t mind too!

The hotel services, particularly in terms of the timely preparation of rooms for occupancy, were notably slow. It took more than one hour to wait..Additionally, the staff did not appear to be genuine in their explanations for these delays.

Staff concierge - Brian - was very attentive. Other serving staff were great too. Very attentive staff at restaurant. Great view of Manila bay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with beautiful views and a truly perfect stay. Everything was well taken care of, and the breakfast was excellent too.

The only downside was the noise from the neighboring room. The guests next door played loud music on portable speakers until late in the evening and started again early in the morning, which made it hard to relax and get proper rest.Also, the spa service seemed quite expensive. We had a complimentary 10-minute massage, and while it was a nice gesture, it didn’t feel any better than what you can get from more affordable massage places elsewhere.

Breakfast quality was just okay. Selection in Club lounge can be better and exclusive only for club guests

Spacious room, comfy bed, clean. Pool deck overlooking the manila bay, buffet breakfast has wide selection. The lobby was awesome! the overall theme of the hotel makes it unique and memorable

The location. The multilevel parking which is too steep, too narrow but it is the only way in and out of the parking. 2-way but ramp is only for 1 car. So stressful and dangerous especially if your car is going up and a car is going down.

Nice staff and property is nice. However, we did find a used tissue in front of the bed in our room when we checked-in so cleanliness needs improvement. I did raise it to the concierge and on check out, and they did apologise but that's about it.We also dined in the buffet area for dinner, and I had to return at least 5 plates to the staff as they weren't clean.Overall, stay was good but needs improvement on some aspects.

We were in an atrium room which had no windows out to sunlight so it was dark that is the only issue I had

We really enjoyed the sens of elegance throughout the hotel. The concierge service is wonderful.The decor of the Chinese speakeasy is beautiful as are the rooms and all the facilities.

The bar service downstairs is slow and not so friendly. No parasols and lack of towels at the pool although it is a fabulous pool. The breakfast was beautiful but totally out of price.
