Algers Suites Bayan-Bayanan Marikina City

It was close to every where we needed to go over the weekend. The room size was much bigger than expected.

First there was no phone in our room. Second our air conditioner did not work properly in both the room and the living room. Third there was no consistency in the water temperature and there was black mold in the shower.

Location and staff

Roaches, no handsoap, they provide mini toiletries

decent hotel, big and spacious family room, convenience stores, resto and coffee shop

the early morning zumba is so noisy and annoying. i don’t know if you can do something about it cos it’s like a public park right outside the hotel.

I did not like anything.

Everything was bad. We received torn, dirty, smelly towels. There were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was dirty. I tried to talk with the front desk about it especially exchanging the towels and I was told that we would have to pay for replacement towels since it was not during room service. In the morning, I tried to talk with somebody at the front desk but she stated she could not give me a refund since I booked it through Booking.com and not through them. Also, the manager was not in the office. I would really like a refund since I only stayed one night and the conditions of our hotel room was unexpectable. We left the next morning and did not stay for 6 nights like I had previously planned and paid.

The location. The bed was nice and comfie.

Shower drain was clogged. No toilet paper holder. The living room space was such a waste.
