The room was not clean, there was no toilet paper, and guests must pay cash to stay, as there is no option to use credit cards. If you do not have enough cash, be prepared to walk around the neighborhood for an ATM machine! Overall, this gets a one star.

They give the wrong room. I book a room with the balcony and maybe much bigger that they give . But the price is still the same. Then I expect to be checked out at 12noon but there a guest knock on my door asking they will check in but the time is still 11:30 so i pack my things rushed .

i like that there’s no credit card or downpayment needed you can pay the full amount by the time you get there.

we didn’t met the host, someone claimed to be the host’s ‘aunt’ (idk if it’s true) is the one who showed us our room. i booked a room for a group of 4 and it says in my booking that it’s the FINAL PRICE that we should pay but this so called aunt told us that there will be an additional ₱500 if we’re more than 3 and she also told us that if we want to use the pool we have to pay her ₱150 per head. it clearly says in my booking that there will be 1twin bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 futon bed but we only have 1twin bed and 1sofa bed NO FUTON BED. it also states that there will be a balcony which we also ddnt get. lastly, they only provided us 2towels and 2blanket they’re expecting 4guess they should ofc provide 4sets of towels and blankets. SO DISAPPOINTING!

The Swimming Pool area is were we enjoyed our stay the most!

The Contact Person was 2-Hours Late & the Kitchen & Bathroom was so so.. Also the Aircon was leaking..

The staff was accommodating.

Was really disappointed how I almost had to leave the facility because the unit that I reserved wasn’t available the moment I checked in. I found out that they gave away the unit that I reserved. I hope that they manage their booking well next time as it can cause great inconvenience.

Just the fact the landlord was friendly

Never ever come back and will never ever recommend. This property will waste your money. Full of bad surprises. Information on your booking is not same when your in the property. The property is so dirty, smells so bad. Hidden charges. So do not book in this place before you regret it and ruin your vacation.

extremly terrible

The owner, showed up one and haf hours late, then we waited another one hour to get the room. The exuse was that the room was not ready. When I complained she left and refused to give us the room so we got another room which they charged us very very high. The normal cost was 1999 Peso but they gave us another room, same setting as the one we booked for 3000 Peso. I have stayed there two times before, and also booked it for a freind. I will never ever go back there.

We got our own food. Location is the best for me. Safe and easy to locate. Just a walking distance from mall of asia. I can say I like the place. Me and my family enjoyed a lot.

I don’t like the way the staff/security asked us to go around not to pass through the swimming pool area. We were already in the middle but they still asked us go back and go around. It’s a kind of hassle. We were tired on that day and hungry but we cannot excuse. And sometimes they don’t want us to walk together as a group. What to do? It’s a family trip. I paid 9 rooms for my family. I actually had 10 rooms total with a different booking and I paid it all. All I wanted is to give my family a comfortable and unforgettable vacation experience. That’s all. All in all, was very good.

Easy to access

I book for 4 but the stuff ask me to write 3 person only and they don’t have helper for our luggage we have to bring our luggage with the maintenance from garage to 16 floor.The property is dirty lots of crawling insect no proper towel no blanket.we check out the next day again we have to bring down our 6 luggage to the ground floor.

Very convenient papuntang MOA Arena.

pero may problema lang wala pong basurahan aside from the bathroom, usually naman po sa mga condo units na may basurahan and may toiletries din po. Pero minimal lang namn na issue

Poor quality bedding, towels and the amenities.

The heater po. It's kinda unclean po. But the rest sobrang ayos po.

The location was convinient closer to Mall of Asia which was the centre spot for tourists. It's close to places where we can find food.

The shower was rundown...no shower curtain, no shower map. The towels were old and worn out.

Bad

The owner put us in different room and charged us double. We paid for 2 days worth of 9800 pesos but decided to just stay for 1 day as the facility is very uncomfortable and dirty. We asked to get the other 1 day payment as we are no longer staying for another day but they haven’t give us the return up until now. The staff are unable to reach and unresponsive. Pls follow up on this matter
