Close to the airport

Shady area, cold water, stuff seemed clueless.

I specifically chose this location because it’s super convenient for my itinerary, really close to the airport and MOA. If you're planning to visit Intramuros, Makati, or even Cubao, just hop on the MRT or LRT, both of which are within walking distance from the hotel.The staff are also very accommodating and make the stay even better.

It’s cheap!

*The location is very crowded. *Inconvenient driveway, heavily crowded street and very narrow. *Basement parking area gets flooded and cramped.*Hallway is gets really hot, no AC.*No elevator (yet/under construction)*Our room has no drawers and cabinets. They have 1 hanger provided.*Bathroom smells from the drainage and odor goes around the room. No air fresheners.*Did not provide us bathroom tissue or complimentary soap/shampoo.*Bedsheets and blankets too thin and short.*Fair internet/wi-fi connection.

The room was clean

The location is in the inner most of the city among all residence, no basic toiletries, trying to call front desk, no answer.. broken shower and even toilet. No complete info of contact number for reporting of facilities

Bad neighborhood.

Location was perfect for my needs. A few small shops and eating places nearby and close to Taft avenue station. Warning: google maps from the airport gives a strange route. My taxi driver relied on google maps on my phone (strange!!) and we got stuck in alleys that were too small to pass with a car.

Quiet and spacious room. It will just take like 5-8 minutes to get to the main road, but taxis/grab can take you there. Food service is offered 24 hours. Helpful and kind staff

Only thing was the room service menu you could only order at certain times of the day not all eat at set times and you don’t get a blanket for the bed you have to pay extra for that

Since it was still under construction, the smell of the paint and the noises from the drilling was very irritating.

It was undergoing construction. The facilities were clean. Staff were polite and accommodating.

It was located in a residential area, not very accessible from the main road. I suggest you go down at the main road then walk going to the hotel. It’s a one way street.

I had a fantastic stay here and ended up rebooking. The proximity to the airport and the MRT station being just a 5-minute walk away made it incredibly convenient. Everything in the accommodation feels fresh and new, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I wasn't a fan of the cold showers and there was no toilet paper available. However, after requesting some from the staff, they promptly provided it, which was appreciated.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's conveniently close to the airport, and the MRT station is just a 5-minute walk away.

Be prepared for cold showers.
