The staff were helpful and accommodating

The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy and the sound coming from the adjacent room.

We had an excellent stay for few weeks at Fersal Makati. Hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Makati, Metro Manila. Century Mall is just across the street, where you have all the choices of good restaurants, groceries and Starbucks, On the streets, few steps away from the hotel on every direction, you will find more quality restaurants and fast foods like McDonalds and Jollibee to name a few. Yes, 7-Eleven is next door. Famous malls in 2-5 miles radius. The Staff were superb. I meant everyone. They were very helpful, courteous, trustworthy and service was quick. Our room felt very homey. Very comfortable bed and pillows. WiFi and TV were great! Newly cooked breakfasts were delivered on time everyday. Good selections of foods like fried milkfish, sausage , tocino , beef tapa , sardines , served with garlic rice, egg and hot coffee. Ya could be better, but good enough to boost your energy and keep your day going.Overall, Fersal is great. I’m looking forward of coming back and highly recommend to anyone.

A microwave in the room could have been better.

Perfect location for anything you need. Staff are very friendly, clean and comfy.

you get what you pay for. it was cheap but for a whole in the wall and if you dont mind roaches running around as soon as you open the door and turn the lights on.

Lift was not functioning when I checked put good thing i was only on the second floor, the room i had had a conmecting room door present i could hear next door occupants

The location was near a lot of restaurants and bars if you're into that sort of scene.

It was noisy, dirty, and the AC barely worked.

Cleanliness, no room service was offered, no resources like toilet paper, or soap was offered. The soap was only sufficient for maximum 2 days. No new towels or sheets

It was old and updates need to be made, i thinks its not a hotel but more of an inn or comparable to a fragrance hotel in singapore

Room 401Breakfast was fine delivered to the room at any time.

Need more staff to quickly services

Staff were very helpful and inviting. Very smooth check in and check out . I required a power adaptor and let meBorrow one. The room was basic, and met my needs . I felt the cost of the room was fair and good value. I felt safe and looked after at this hotel

Interior is a little aged, but justified for the cost. Nothing exceptional but everything I needed was provided and available

The room, the location and the value for money were all excellent. It always comes down to the people though, and in this case the staff were the best! Well trained and accommodating, they had a vested interest in the customer having a good experience. I did, and therefore I highly recommend this hotel. Top marks! 10/10

I've supposed that is terrible, but ok and well situated. Sheets and towel clean

Reception don't check and prevent ID to be aware who is enter if is a man or a woman.

Just the location

I had the deluxe room. The tv initially dud not have a remote control and when one was supplied, the quality of the screen was extremely poor which discouraged me from turning it on.I also reported that the toilet was continuously leaking water but i was told that nothing could be done as the worker looking after maintainance was on holidays.

Smoke all around, not applicable for those non smokers guest, Toilet dirty, sewage smell from the toilet drainage, poor wifi connection, no tv network connection, your money is not worth from what you paid. Food inclusive no options for vegetarian guest. Door locks not secured!I got sick and ruined my vacation during our stay , no airconditioning system - all troubled.How is this possible?

Staff are very accommodating Julia, Chaw and Inday. The location is close to restaurants, walking distance 3 minutes walk Mercury drug store, Jollibee, Mc Donald and one ride going to Landmark, Ayala Center. Perfect location. Highly recommend and I had been here twice already and will stay in the future.

This should be closed down! Horriblly disgusting scammy place

I was greatly disgusted with this place considering I booked this for 12 nights. Kill me. This cannot be classified as a 'hotel', no way! I requested through booking.com whether I can cancel and be refunded as the photos are way too far from reality. Not only the property is clearly neglected but I cannot tolerate staying at a place that's dirty!!! Management declined to refund the remaining days. The top sheet was stained with blood! It penetrated through to the bed sheet. It was so gross that I asked the staff whether the room was really clean. They said they can only replace the sheets the next day as there was no longer housekeeping at that time. They replaced it the next day with sheets also stained. The room is spacious - I will give them that. But it was heavily dilapidated! Paint coming off. Scuffed walls and flooring! TV is small and with heavily grainy graphics which made itgenerally useless. The fridge whilst it is working, it freezes everything in it cause the divider wasn't there. Noise from outside and the corridors can be easily heard. If you are a light sleeper like me, goodluck with having goodnight sleep. Stay away from this property people! Disgusting and no way near decent!!!
