- Location wise, it was fantastic. The room was spacious, the air A/C was cold, but, we encountered a problem in the first room that was allocated to us, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't working, the issue was quickly fixed by the management. The hotel is pet friendly, we didn't encounter a problem in that division, our dog, Mr. Watanabe, enjoyed the experience.

- The television was hard to navigate, we weren't able to use it even after asking for assistance. It seemed that even the hotel staffs weren't sure how it works as well. This is apparently an issue for all the television sets in the hotel.
