The front desk. It took a long time to check in and check out due to there were only two staff in attendance.

THE SECURITY AND LOBBY STAFF ARE PLEASANT.

THE A.C. UNIT SEEMED TO BE UNADJUSTABLE. THE SHOWER WATER WAS BARELY WARM. CHECKING IN TOOK TIME. SLOW PROCESS.

Location and staff

Initially, the room I was assigned to had phone problems. However, I was quickly upgraded to another room.

- Offers a pleasant view of the acacia treetops, a busy intersection, and Alabang Town Center in the distance.- Impressive lobby featuring large art decorations.- Two restaurants on the ground floor, with Wildflour just across the street within walking distance, along with McDonald’s and Jollibee for those who prefer fast food.- Varied breakfast selection, including bread, rice, and even sushi.- Within walking distance of Filinvest City Central Park, though there are some beggars in the area.- Festival Mall is nearby but slightly too far to walk. The hotel supposedly offers a free shuttle service, but I did not use it.- Complimentary cot provided.

- Security deposit was 4,000 PHP instead of the advertised 3,000 PHP.- Rooftop bar and viewing deck were closed.- No restaurant on the top floor—only a function room.- The children’s pool was occupied by adults.- No designated play area for children; reception directed me to the meeting rooms on the second floor, but they likely misunderstood my request.- There is an artificial grass area, but it was occupied by a few smokers, making the space unpleasant due to the smell.

The location is centrally located within shops & restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of choices.

The room is quite dark. It needs more lighting and brighter lighting.

The accommodating and welcoming staff. The location is just near onetrium excellent for NCLEX exam. My all in all experience was great..Thank you Acacia

Good location. Excellent staff and service. Ordered room service and it was good and they even gave me a free desert!

Maintenance in the bathroom could use some attention. Shower wand was hardly usable and the rain shower head was plugged or spraying all over..

towels all gray and very old, had to request for replacments

Location was great for us. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of choices

Would have been good to have a separate bar in the lobby for just drinks. Seems to only have restaurants

Good for location but some facilities need a bit of repair and maintenance

The shower kept leaking out to floor and can get slippery. Sockets not working properly and had to heat water kettle on the floor for morning coffee. I remember the place really good years back but doesn’t look like it has been maintained properly.

A very accessible location. The room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are very accommodating. Check in/out are so fast, no long waiting.

Toiletries are limited

I like location and the free shuttle bus to Alabang Town center in great!

Breakfast is the worst. they have a little choice of menu. the food/friut was not filled when they almost empty. air condition cannot adjust temperature fit for needs Room#408. I call an engineer to help but it cannot fix.

The staff, always smiling, polite and professional.

Rooms and their facility are dated, minor problems arose resulting in a room change, response by staff however was as always excellent.

I’m not sure this hotel can still be considered 5 stars

I had a mouse in the room. They of course moved me to another room. Then they thought that give me for free a late checkout and one breakfast was ok.

Close to a few shops, quiet and clean.

Check in very very slow.About 20 minutes from Terminal 1

Location. Comfy bed. Spacious rooms.

Dirty bathroom with stains on tiles and a funky smell.
