just dont like that we dont have a key.. we need to always go to information if we go to our room. and as well as the TV was also not so clear..That's all..

They wanted a 500 peso deposit for the room key. The $44 US price I paid didn't include a key. My fiance refused to pay it. And the lock on the door was broken. She didn't feel safe. I had no idea this was a live hotel when I booked it. She also didn't like that the breakfast I prepaid for didn't include coffee ☕.
