Orchid Garden Suites

No internet in my room.

the employees are courteous and very helpful

they don't have free slippers and limited parking space

Room,Food and Pool

Rooms are big and clean. Location is ideal.

Beds and pillows are less comfy

Breakfast is good. Have a good selection to choose.

More pillows

Breakfast the Arozcaldo

Bad room service

all the breakfast food are good, especially the omelet and spanish sardines.

i don't like that the beds move and the wheels doesn't lock

I did like my stay here. The worker and hospitality is out of this world. The security guards are very helpful. The location is perfect! Felt safe! Near the malls and zoo!

What I didn’t like about this property is the beds are too hard it seems like there’s no cushions it made our back hurt the next day and they only gave us 1 pillow for each bed which is uncomfortable. They charged us for the extra pillow which is ridiculous for the price. The bathroom has too many small roaches, mosquitoes flying in the room, broken toilet and missing do not disturb labels for privacy.

Breakfast - okay; location - good

Wifi was not working; towels looked like they’re ready to retire; provided 2 teaspoons for 5 guests

It is in the middle of airport and the tourist spots and mall

The light located at the entrance is not working but maybe they can change/fix it.

Staff are great. Super accommodating and respond to your needs immediately

Few of kitchen stuff like microwave.

Location is great, room is very spacious

No eating and cooking utensils. Would have been nice to have a microwave oven at least and some microwave plates, spoons and forks.

Food was really nice and staff are really accommodating. I booked an earlier date but has a change in my travel schedule. I emailed them to change the date of my stay and they have accommodated my request so easily.

The room. It was actually really big and comfortable. But this is an old hotel so it has creepy feel in the air. I could hear the sounds of someone walking in their heels or even dragging their luggage at 4 in the morning.

Value for money. The 2 Bedroom suite was just nice for a family of 4. The location is nearby public transport - LRT1, jeepney and cabs.

The wifi connection is weak in certain areas. The toilet fixtures need to be replaced - black and yellow stains give it an unclean look. The television in the suite is not Smart TV.

Location, esp that the event we have attended was close to the hotel

Internet was down most of the time, Sky Cable also isn’t working

Great location, nice pool, kid friendly. Staffs were nice.

Breakfast included with room booking.

The hot water in the shower was not always there, and, at times, there was a water pressure issue. I did not report this to the staff.

Orchid Garden need room UPGRADE!!

AC, curtains are old. Bathroom not clean.

all is just right, we really like the food.

nothing, though an old building, but the elegance was maintained

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Lots of options.

No hot water for shower- that seems to be a theme in the philippines. But they offered to drive us to the airport for the hassle. Only one English cable station on TV
